Saratoga is our favorite and is where we own, but have stayed at OKW and enjoyed it equally well. The larger accomodations and less points make it a great choice. If its something you havent spent much time planning then i would go with the least points and the resort is great.

We also have a Sept UY and have added on to it once. Sept UY is seems perfect for us we usually take two trips every other year one in the early summer and then again at Christmas.

The first two weeks of December seem to be the biggest bang for the buck. Christmas Decorations and low points cost.:woohoo:

I think your chances would be pretty good if you call first thing in morning of the seventh month out. We will be staying there this year from the 15th to 23rd of Dec. in a two bedroom and when we booked they had several spots available. Good luck, :thumbsup2

IMHO DVC is the only way you will be able to afford to bring a family the size of yours to Disney. We also have a large family and to take them all you will need multiple rooms in the regular resorts and will not have the same comfort with the cost of two rooms. With a 200 point resale contract...

I have the DVC I Planner app stores all your useful info., but not sure if its still offered in the app store. I did not see it the other day when i thought i erased my phone while updating it. Thank goodness i retreived all the info. back.

Dont worry you wont pay any penalty until after Feb 15th thats when dues are considered late. I usually wait until Feb to pay ours every year.

Thanks for everyones advice. I moved the reservation to a dedicated two bedroom at OKW with a wait list for a GV. I started thinking about what everyone was saying and that is a bunch in a two bedroom, but they only had five days available at a GV, so i waitlisted the entire stay. Way too much...

I like them both but Pop Century would get my vote we really enjoyed staying there and resort is newer.
