Hi Everyone,
I have been lurking for a while and have read this complete thread. You have all motivated me again. 4 years ago I ebayed my way to Disney for 2 trips for a family of 5. This was all in part to Beanie Babies. Yes I was one of those terrible people who bought at my local stores and sold on line. I use to double what I paid for them.
Then when beanies died I got a real job. Had a yard sale the following summer and made $1000 dollars twoards our 3rd trip. The 4th trip and upcoming 5th tripI just saved with my regular job.
Now i want to do a Disney Cruise next October-hubby just rolled his eyes
. Well after reading all your posts i decided to try and dive in again. After all i have knowledge and the 225 positive feedback i just needed to find the time and find something to sell. Well everyone tells me that Ebay is a world wide yard sale so I started to tear my house and garage apart-and walah!
tons of stuff to sell. Thanks also for intoducing me to Turbo Lister. I LOVE It! I now have 108 auctions up and running and in 9 days have 240 dollars in my Paypal account!! Think that cruise is getting closer to reality. What am I selling??:
Childrens books in lots that they have out grown.
PC games they have out grown.
Xmas gifts that we recieved that are new that we will never use.
TONS of fabric from when i use to do craft fairs.
Clothing.
Yard sale Stuff my hubby brings home from clean out jobs.
My kids are teasing me that if they stand still too long i might list them on Ebay-if only they would bring a good price
-only kidding.
Thanks everyone for reawaking me to the wonders of Ebay and for the encouragement to save for next trip!!
You are all great!
