Via Napoli On The Disney Dining Plan?

How does the disney dining plan work at via napoli in epcot specifically for the pizzas? I know each credit can get a personal pizza but I remember before you could combine 2 adult credits to get a large and 4 credits to get the mezzo metro, is that still possible? TIA

I dont know why you would want to do that, it would be a horrendous use of a credit. The most expensive metro is $60. That would only be a $15 entree. If you want the metro then pay OOP. Just FYI the Filet is wonderful here, plus its a great use of a credit.
