WWYD? Park Hopping/FP+?

We are going to play and dine at 8:30 am before HWS opens at 9pm, but doing the afternoon in Epcot. Should I not waste my FP+ for HWS (just hope to get to toy story early after breakfast) OR use my FP+ in HWS in the am, and then hope to get a single one for Soarin' later that evening?

Soarin' is the one FP I wasn't able to get late. I didn't make huge efforts for it since we can see it so easily at DLR, but it was by far the scarcest of the FPs. If you really want it, I would book it in advance.
