Just back from WI. Down 2.6. WOW!!! That's usually more than I lose in a month! I am Doin' the Happy Dance! :cool1: :banana: :cool1: :banana:

I did WI myself yesterday so I know where i'm starting with you all - i lost 2 lbs in May and i have 8 lbs more to lose to be back at goal.

i had a challenging dinner last night at a mexican rest and i didn't resist as well as i'd like to report. i kept it really light all day but still

Hi all! I am finishing up week 4 on WW and have lost my 9 pounds so far-but I am also approaching TOM. Do I hide my scale this week (doing WW online) and not weigh and hope for the whoosh fairy the following week, or do I weigh in and risk losing my super motivation the loss up to this point has given me? What do you all do? Thanks!
 
Carrie - Great job losing 9 pounds!!! That is so awesome :goodvibes I'd say weigh yourself even with TOM approaching. It might not be as bad as you think (sometimes I still lose) It just makes you work harder to get rid of that extra water.

My advice would be to increase your water intake more during that time. I find that it helps to WHOOSH it quicker.

I was down .8 at weigh in to bring my total to 16.8 since March 9th. It's going slow but I'm getting there!

UGHHHH

I was up 1.8 lbs this week. I didn't even want to come and post, but I know trying to hide only prolongs recovery :guilty:

The scarey thing is, I don't feel like I was out of control or eating horribly. Now I am reassessing. Maybe I can't keep eating all my APs and flex points :scared1:

Good morning all! Well as expected I lost 0.0! The good news is I did not gain any! This was expected due to bloating from TOM which arrived Sunday so I am not suprised, just hoping for the whoosh fairy this week so I can keep motivated! Like I said, I am just happy I did not gain!!

Keep up the good work everyone!! We are all going to make it to goal! :cheer2:
 
Well my WI stunk today, only losing .4 for a total of 53.8 pounds. I thought I'd claim my 55 pound clippie, but I will have to wait till next week :confused3
 
I'm soooo excited!! I've just finished my first week of WW's and I lost 14 pounds. I'd convinced myself that I wasn't going to lose very much, because I was eating so much food! Anyway i know that it's all water weight, but I'll take it! :teeth:

HOLY MOLY CATHERINE! THAT IS AWESOME! I thought I lost alot with my 5 the first week, but 14! WOW! :worship:

I lOVE WW! I am on week 4 now and just feel like I am always eating! Keep it up! You are my new hero!

I was down a pound yesterday, taking me back to 81 lost. Still maintaining. :cool1:

I was a big fat zero again at WI last night. I didn't gain, but I didn't lose either, darn it! The good news is I am still at my all-time lowest since starting WW.

I think I am trying to try to shake things up a bit. I basically eat the same things all the time: Frozen dinner at work, popcorn, yogurt, same fruits, oatmeal for breakfast every day, etc. I also have about 3 diet cokes per day - definately going to cut that back.

Keep up the good work you guys - you inspire me to keep going when the going gets tough. I have been at a plateau for months now!

I lost 2 pounds this week after being at a stand still for about 3 weeks. I am now single digits to goal!!!!!!!

No weigh-in for me next week. We will be in WDW. I hope I can at least maintain while down there.

I should be at goal by now, but I've screwed up and gained instead of lost! Still 6.6 lbs from goal though!
 
I lost a big fat ZERO this week. This was my first week on WW. I really followed the plan and exercised more than usual too. I only have 20 pounds to lose, but I keep reading about people who lost 10 pounds, 2 pounds, 4 pounds their first week. :(

I am the queen of slower losers who follow plan. Hang in there, it WILL work eventually!

If you exercised more, remember muscle does weigh more than fat AND alot of the time, the results don't show up the same week. Did you eat your activity points? I know in our meetings, people have problems when they exercise alot and don't eat a bit more of those pts. Just an idea...

Just back from WI. Down 1.4 (even with a surprise visit from TOM this morning!). Made my 10% which I REALLY wanted before I leave for FL in 2 wks. Now I want to make my 20 lbs, so 1.6 to go in 2 weeks. I'm gonna try! It's very unusual for me to lose like this. I'm typically a .2, .8, person and this is REALLY good! Finally my body is deciding to give up some fat!
