Since you are new at ww you probly dont know yet, but you earn points for excercising! That was always a great way for me to get a few extra points when i was NEEDING them! So you get a two for one deal, you get extra points to use and you are getting excercise! yeah!
Also, not sure how you are spending points, but I found that if I really plan out my meals and snacks for the whole day ahead of time it helps me see where maybe I should go without something so i had points left for something else! Or where I would pick a lower point food to conserve points!
And, for me, i never use my flex points on a daily basis, just as needed... but if you think about it, those 35 flex points equal out to 5 pts a day! My hubby uses his on a take 5 bar per day... not my choice, but it is nice to have them there ifyou need them!
I am happy that I finally got my 25 lb. clippie which I have been wanting for quite some time.
