WW Weekly Weigh-in

I weighed in at 139.6 last night at WW. I lost 1.4 pounds. Yeah me! :banana: 6.6 pounds left before I don't have to pay anymore and 8.6 to get back to my WW goal of 131!

Hi Debbie- I know its tough to face that first number but from now on you will be working on seeing newer happier numbers!!

Hey Everyone!!

We just got home from our Disney cruise Sunday and had my first weigh in and unfortunately gained 3.8 pounds. I think I'm still retaining some water since I've lost 3 pounds since Sunday, so hopefully my actual "gain" is less. I'm still at 51 pounds, so at least I didn't lose my 50 pound clippie. Hopefully I'll be claiming that 55 pound clippie in the next week or so.
 
My weigh-in was pretty bad last night. I gained 2.2 lbs. I was bad a few times, but nothing worthy of 2 lbs.! TOM hit and I think that did me in. I already feel like I lost alot of that water weight since last night.

I'll keep my fingers crossed (and work hard) for a big loss next week!
 
I have been MIA since last week.

I lost 1 pound this week. Check out my new clippy!

Tera: How did the cruise go with the food? I am worried about our cruise in August and all the tempting food. We will be on the ship for 2 weeks.
 

Denine - The food choices were pretty good. Every dinner menu had a "lighter" choice, grilled chicken, steak or salmon. I generally stayed away from anything that had a lot of sauces. Breakfast & lunch, I did tons of fruit and indulged just a little on eggs, toast and of course, just a bit of a donut :rolleyes: I did gain 3.8 pounds, but I still think I'm retaining some water. I walked deck 4 and up & down the stairs everyday. I think you'll be just fine, especially if you are getting in some exercise.
 
Down 1 this week. I REALLY REALLY want my new clippie next week, but with the speed I lose, it'll be another month! :teeth:

I'm hoping to make my 10% before my trip in June - must lose 1 lb/week to make it. Not sure that's possible for me, but I'm gonna try!!
 
Tera: Thanks for the cruise info. I am thinking if I don't go to Topsiders for breakfast and just order fruit for the room, I will do well. I love breakfast foods, and if I see them, I want them!

Funny... I didn't really pay much attention to my points this week, didn't keep track, but basically followed the program... except for the BIG bowl of ice cream one day, and blue cheese dressing on my salad twice... and I lost 2 lbs! However, I did make a point to walk almost everyday this week, for 20-30 minutes. Guess that helped!
 
There are several folks on here who've had some awesome losses this week! Congrats to you all! :sunny:

I know this is off topic, but I’ve just gotta ask you cruise people something. What is it about cruising that you enjoy? I’ve never found it appealing, but when I read cruise-related posts I feel that I MUST be missing out on something. :rotfl: What is there to do on a Disney cruise (or any other cruise for that matter)? I will admit that an Alaskan cruise has caught my eye a time or two, but I’m just not sure. (Too bad Disney doesn’t have an Alaskan cruise.)

Oh Kristi! :hug: I have SO been there before! There was this one time when I reached a plateau and my TOM hit at the same time, resulting in a gain. It was such a downer at first. But then, a few days later, I could tell in my clothing that I had lost some inches! :cheer2: I wouldn’t be surprised at all if the same happens for you. Here’s some PD for a better weigh in next week!! :wizard: Just keep swimming! :fish:
 
Well I weighed in a day early this week since I have to take the dog to the vet tomorrow morning. I only lost .4 this week - but it's TOM and I just was plain out and out bad, so I'll take it.

I don't know about others, but we've taken two 7 day cruises and they were the most relaxing vacations we have ever taken. We don't have kids and were on the Disney cruises. There is so much to do, you'd never be able to everything. We hung out by the pool on sea days, went to movies, went to a wine tasting/information program, played bingo, saw shows. There's also the Vista spa. When in port, we did numerous excursions.
 
I joined WW in April 2005. My goal is 70 pounds. I have lost 5 of them but the last two weeks have been tough. I go on the Disney Magic in July and would love to be down 15 more before then.

Weigh in was this morning and I'm down 2 lbs from last week for a total of 15.8 since March 9, 2005. I was honestly expecting no loss or even a gain this week b/c I barely exercised and slacked off on journaling my points.

I'm down 2.2 lbs this week. So far, that's 24.8!! WHY couldn't it have been 2.4 lbs?!?!?!

Next week, that 25-lb clippie is MINE!! Arrrrr.... pirate:

Weighed in yesterday, and I got a nice suprise. I was down 2.2, making my total 30.2 since I started in mid March!!! I didn't expect to get to 30 this week! Had a bad day last Sunday, having hosted book club at my house, and eating some of the food I prepared. Also, didn't get many activity points this week either. So needless to say, I was thrilled!!

Congratulations to all who reported their WI this week!! Everyone keep going!!!

I am so happy to report my weigh in this am!
This week was an extremely good week for me! I am down 4 pounds!!!
Now I know that is exciting in itself, but guess what? I have finally made it over my hump and I am in oneder land!
It seemed like no matter how close I would come I simply could not drop that extra couple pounds! I think maybe it was a mind thing!
It has been 7 yrs since I have weighed less than 200 pounds and I am so stinking happy I could just scream! :) I just got a new clippie last week, and hopefully I will get another next week! yeah!!!

My clothes are all getting roomy, which is exciting cuz I get to shopping for new stuff in smaller sizes! That for me is one of the best parts of losing! I am a tad bummed though, my pants are getting roomy but my bras/tops sure arent and that is one benefit of losing that I was soooo looking forward to! lol!
Oh well! I am just plain happy that I am comitted and it is working like a charm!

Keep up the good work everyone! It is hard, but we can do it! Just remember if you have a bad day, week or whatever, tomorrow is a brand new day, and you can start over! It is never too late!

Well, I was happy also, when I went to WW online to enter today's weight, which I didn't realize until then, was 1.5 DOWN from last week. ;) Not bad! Being that this is a maintenance loss though, I expect some, if not all, will return, in time. :rolleyes: Tha'ts ok though, I'm still on plan! :banana:

I weighed in this morning and for the second week in a row - no loss - AND I gained .5! :confused:

I was REALLY good this week. I always stay within my points and never use my weekly, but this past week I made sure everything I ate was healthy and I didn't indulge in any lowcal treats.

I'm going back to my old yogurt and cereal starvation plan, which I do lose weight on. With 39 days until vacation, I not willing to just wait it out. I think 1100-1200 calories a day is just too many for my messed up metabolism. Which is partially from my bad eating habits, but also inherited medical issues. :guilty:
 
I started WW last Monday at 177 lbs. This monday I was at 173.5 pounds, which pushed me down to 22 points and I can barely handle that little... I need more 2 point snacks! :)

My WI today went okay... I lost 1 pound and that's with TOM starting this morning :rolleyes: I still have 2.8 to lose to get to my pre-cruise weight and hopefully by next week I can get there :confused3
