I went to my meeting this morning (yes, a Sunday morning meeting). I lost 3.6 pounds this week, for a total so far of 21.2 pounds total. Still a long way from my goal.

Wow DznyDreams and Iankh! Great losses!! Congratulations on being less of you!!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
WI this morning and I'm down .6 lb. I'm OK with it. I indulged in very not good for me pizza this week and TOM is visiting along with all of his good buddy water retention fairies. I'm pretty sure I lost more but I won't know until next week. I'm just happy I posted a loss.
Good luck to everyone on the road to less of you!!!
Cheers!
That's great Dzydrms & Iankh! Congrats! :cheer2:
Well I guess 'cause I lost so much last week, I stayed the same this week. Disappointed: a tad - but it's better than going up, right! :)
Gonna renew my membership at Curves come the 28th!
Had my WI yesterday, and I was so happy to see I am down 4 lbs.!! That brings my total to 19.8! Can't wait to hit 20. I'm on track for my Disney trip goal -- want to be down 50 by my trip in January.
Just curious, anyone else doing Core? My meeting is all flex people, and I was just wondering if I'm the only person in the world doing Core??
Down 3 pounds this week - of course part of that was due to being sick - but hey I'll take it. So I'm down a total of 7 pounds since starting 2/26/05. Which is an average of a pound a week. Of course I have went up and down but over all my dot on my chart is down so I'm okay with that. Now if I can just start exercising and sticking a little better to plan I'll be doing great.
I am actually thankful, and relieved to be the same this week. Whew! ;)
Congrats to ALL THE LOSERS!!! That's fantastic! :cool1:
Back on WW for one full week now. Oficially I am down .9 lbs., but it is more like 3 because I wanted my starting weight to be a round number.
Melissa
WW weigh-in yesterday, down another 4.4 pounds! :Pinkbounc :cheer2: That makes 24.4 overall. :banana: Congrats to all who lost this week.
WOW - there are some great losses this week - way to go everyone!
BTW - I did great holding myself back from all the goodies at the cake walk Saturday. I was surrounded by 50+ cakes, brownies, pies, cupcakes, etc. We had SO many cookies donated that we gave one to each person who did not win the cake each round - with lots left over. And I ate only 1 cookie the whole day - right at the end, when I had to start counting all those tickets (over 1500) and realized I hadn't eaten all day.
Anyway, my DD won a cake. So, I told her that DH and I would not eat any of it (he doesn't like sweets too much - freak), and there was no way she could eat the whole thing before it would be dried out and gross. So, she volunteered to take 3/4 of it to her Sunday school class for a snack, and keep the rest for herself - she is SO unselfish! The part she kept for herself - still in the fridge, untouched. She hasn't even asked for any of it yet!
I hope all that didn't bore you. I'll check in later. Keep up all the great work everyone! ~ Mary
Wow, everyone is doing so great! :cheer2:
I didn't have WW this week due to Patriot's Day (Mass holiday). But my home scale showed a 1 lb loss so hopefully next week will be a good WI!
Sunny
I am down 4 pounds since I started WW again! :cheer2: It feels good to be back OP and actually seeing some results. I want to lose 48 more pounds before we go to WDW in December so I have my work cut out for me.
DH got a new Palm so he gave me his old one and loaded a program called WWCalc into it for me. I really like it. It is much better (for me anyway) than journaling in a notebook and gives me an easy way to really keep track of my progress. Plus I can now stop carrying all those WW books with me everywhere because it has all the food values already programmed in and I was able to download the point values for our favorite restaurants from dwlz.com. :) This will mean I won't have to guess so much if we unexpectedly end up eating someplace I wasn't planning on. :)
Unfortunately I am still at home because of my back injury. That is preventing me from doing any real exercise. :( I really wish my back would heal. It seems I have one step forward, two steps back...it is getting really old. Plus, when you are laying around all day the temptation to eat is so great. :rolleyes:
Congrats to all the losers this week! :)
My WI today went well.... lost 2.8 pounds and claimed my 50 pound clippie :cool1: :cool1:
I'm getting closer to goal :goodvibes
:cool1: :banana: :grouphug:
Don't sweat Goal - you'll be there in no time! :goodvibes
Thanks Kim!! I'm very proud of my 50 pound clippie, but I like YOURS better ;) I plan to pick up two 25 pound weights today at the gym to feel what it is REALLY like.
Congrats Tera!
Becka: It is tough when you have a back injury. Good luck!
We were on vacation last week. I weighed in this morning and didn't gain any weight! Now it is on to losing more weight before our August cruise.
Soooo, how'd it feel? Pretty heavy huh? ;)
Your journey reminds me of mine. Continued success, you're doing WONDERFUL!!! :cheer2:
:grouphug:
Great job Denine! :cool1: And ALL the LOSERS here! (I just Love typing LOSERS!!!) ;) :goodvibes
Kim - I couldn't believe how heavy they were. It really puts it in to perspective.
The journey continues, but there IS a light at the end of the tunnel :goodvibes
Just got home from my weigh in and I am down another 2 lbs for a total of 16.4 lbs. I am so happy that the WW plan is working for me this time. It is a plan I really believe in and know that it works when it is done right. I just wish I could say that I have always done it right!
I weighed in this morning. Surprise, surprise.... I was down 2 pounds (over two weeks). I am lower than I was when I first started losing weight in 2003 for our Jan 2004 WDW trip! Down a total of 41 lbs exactly... wahoo! Thanks to all for continuing to inspire me!.............P
So many great losses this week - WTG everyone!!! I also lost 1.4 this week. I can fit comfortably in some of my size 12 shorts now, so I have a bigger wardrobe for Disney in a week! :rotfl: I will still take my 14s, because I may need those by the end of the 8 days of eating! :mickeybar
At least I have 14 lbs less to lug around while there - and I'll try for 2 more this week. I cannot imagine how those TWO 25lb weights must have felt for you, Tera. :earseek: How awesome.
Keep up the great work everyone. I'll try to check in next Friday after my WI if I have time. If not, then I will check in after my trip.
Good Luck! Mary
