Weighed in today at 178.4-down .8 from last week. Slow but steady. I would love to drop 1.5-2 lbs per week but I don't think that is realistic. Any loss is great. I had a bad weekend last weekend and TOTALLY blew all my points-and then some. But I felt it later (physically) and have decided to not do that again!!!

You are so right, slow and steady wins the race! That has been my mantra all along, the slower you lose the odds are better the longer you will keep it off. I know what you mean about blowing the points and then feeling it later....just goes to show are body knows what is best for us and sometimes when we overindulge it gives us a loud and clear reminder. Keep up your great work, you will get there!
