I did try them on but didn't find them comfortable. Mainly it was in the toe box area where they top of the shoe had the distinctive curve of the sandal and it didn't feel good in a closed-toe format.I have struggled with PF over the years and also found Birkenstock sandals to work great. For tennis shoes, I use Asics GT-2000 or Hoka Rincon, and ditto to what everyone says about going to the store and being fitted.
However, Birkenstock makes a gym shoe (well more like a casual one picture vans style) and I'm thinking of trying those. They look a little nice then an athletic shoe and supposingly have the same insole. Anyone tried the Birk's like that?
