Hi guys! Can I join you? My mom and I are going to a WW meeting on Thursday and I am going to try my hardest to stick with it. My dad passed away a little over a year ago and I lost a tremendous amount of weight due to the stress. Over the winter I got sick and the weight came back on and then some. I would like to lose at least 30 lbs.
My question to you is how do you stay full? Do you have any tricks? My problem is that I am hungry all the time
I have tried the WW dinners and the Lean Cuisine ones and I really like them so I know I can use them.
TIA

The problem is today is the 4th of July!!! Our neighborhood is having a block party so I know there will be tons of great food!!! I am going to make a WW green bean casserole, and WW peanut butter/cheerios cookies so I know there will be something there that I can eat!!! I don't want to blow it now!!! Reaching my goal should be enough motivation for me to stick with it today!!! Hope everyone has a good 4th, and never give up!!! I NEVER thought I could get my weight down this far, but I did. It is a great feeling!!!
Congratulations to you Harvest02! That would definitely keep me motivated to stay in control today. We had our block party on Saturday so I know how tempting it can be. Obviously you know what to do because you've been so successful! Enjoy the day and enjoy being at goal!
She just told me to keep taking the fish oil and watch my saturated fat! I ALREADY DO THAT! It's gotta be DAD!
CONGRATS TO YOU!!!!!! WELL DESERVED!!!!!!!

There is always room for one more WISHer!!! Sorry for the loss of your dad, my dad passed away two years ago this month and I know all the stress it brings. This is a great place for support and motivation and the more we have contributing the greater our successes!
. Enjoy your success, you have worked hard!
