I weighed in yesterday and stayed exactly the same. I was expecting a loss, but after I thought about it, last week I had lost and probably should have gained, so I figure that was a fluke, and I'm just evening out this week. I've started walking again, and find I eat much better on the days I get some exercise. It definitely boosts my mood and keep me in a healthier frame of mind.

The walking will definitely make a difference. Good luck on nights. I worked nights a while ago, and had a period around 4-5 am where I felt nauseous, and had to eat my way through it. It will help to bring a variety of healthy snacks til you get into your routine. good luck.
Suers- The shrimp is the only thing you need to take points for, and I know it's pretty low in points. I wish I liked shrimp cuz it's a great appetizer to order.
Fofinia- I hear ya on the money for ww, and to pay for 2 people would be tough. I am a single mom, and have debated many times about spending the money on myself, but I know from past experience, that if I stop going to the meetings, I will gain back all I have lost plus some. I don't spend a lot of money on myself, and try to look at ww as an investment in my future health. I want to be around and healthy for a long time. My mom has diabetes, and lung disease from smoking, is overweight, and is having a rough time lately, and I don't want to be in that same situation in a few years. So I'm planning to stick with this for the long haul. You are worth it too. And god bless you for being a stay at home mom. It must be very hard some itmes. I can imagine, because after some days at home with my son, I'm thrilled to be going to work.
