luvsJack, don't give up on yourself! I know how hard it is to get back on program once you let it slip. I had two difficult weeks myself, there were just so many social events and I find it difficult not to eat when food is sitting in front of me... But Mary Ann is right: you just need to leave this week behind you. Just start again! And do go to weigh in! I know exactly how you are feeling. I avoid the scale when I feel that I put on weight. But think of it this way: if you have gained now, you will be really pleased if you lost all or even some of it next week. If you don't weigh in this week, but next week your weight is still the same as at your last weight or even a bit more, you will be more disappointed... Hope this makes sense! I wish you all the best that you will get back onto the program!!

Your words are just what I needed. I think I just needed to know I am not the only one that this can happen to. Sometimes I guess we all feel like the only ones that fail.
I weighed myself at home the morning we left and Tuesday morning after getting home and by my scale I was up just a little over 1 lb, which I didn't think was too bad. I also know that the week we left was bad due to just trying to get everything done & ready. Last week....well, that wasn't too great either with just getting home and then having the 4th of July. Today, I'm REALLY trying to get back on track. I need to do this and finish this journey for myself! I've, so far lost 42 lbs, which I'm happy with, but I really need/want to loose about 15 lbs more.
