WW Weekly Weigh In--- Part 2

I just got back from my meeting today, and although I gained .6, I was happy it wasn't more. We left for Disney on 7/10 and got back 7/16. I tried to make good choices, but honestly I didn't do a very good job. I found that I did worse on the last half of the trip and the ride home because I was just so exhausted I didn't want to think about what I ate. When we got home on Thursday, my feet and ankles were crazy swollen, I guess because of all the driving. They are pretty much back to normal now, though. I've been back on track since we got home, so maybe next week I'll have a loss.

I thin a gain of 0.6 on vacation is absolutely ok and the most important thing is that you are back on track!! I hope you will be able to get through the next week ok and will be able to post a loss again!! :goodvibes
 
Weighed in and lost .4 this week....not much but at least its a loss.

Better than me, I gained the same amount!! :scared1: But I know why and this week is going to better. I just realize that I am getting tired of making good choices...
 
And I gained a pound this week, but don't know why. Grrr. I stayed totally on plan this week, used most of my "weekly" points and earned 14 exercise points. Frustrating, but I know in the long run, it'll come back off again.

I wonder if it's some strange alighment of planets this past week. I had a very hard time staying on program. Well, it could have had something to do with having NO supplies in the house. You know, the more you rely on outside sources...the more difficult it is to stay on plan. MUST GO GROCERY SHOPPING!

Don't get discouraged, the pound could be anything from sodium to not enough food. Keep making the right choices and the weight will come off:thumbsup2

Oh, I am feeling the same way! It occurred to me, like Flossbona, that I was sick of making good choices. I went shopping and added healthy snacks and food but I still want ice cream! I have been struggling this summer and could not understand why but I think it is a cross between "it is summer and I love summer food" and "it is summer and where the heck did summer go?"

I am also up 1lb this week:scared: I am retaining water this week so I am hoping it will be gone by next week. Looking at the positive, my leg is better this week (I bought new shoes) and I have exercised 30-50 minutes everday.

It's been a while since I checked in, but I went to my weigh in this morning and lost 1.8 lbs. for the week.

That makes my total 48.4, which is only 1.6 away from making my 50 lb. milestone! :banana:

I also made it well over my 5% goal this week!

I weighed in today and lost 2 pounds. I've now completed 10 weeks of WW and have a total loss of 22.2 pounds.

My goal is 50. :)
 
WI day, after camping the last couple of weeks finally had a some what normal week, and now I am back to exercising! So the scale was finally nice with a Weight loss of 1.8!! Started counting my points today again, back on track with less then 2 months till my vacation!!!!
Starting Weight:220.8
Todays Weight:196
Total Weight Loss:24.8
 
I started back at the end of February. It's taken me a while to finally know what's what with the program, and really understand what's good for me (I SO don't like drinking water) but now the weight is FINALLY starting to come off!

Starting Weight: 321.4
This weeks Weight 299.6
Total Loss 21.8

I'm about 11lbs away from my 10% and it feels possible! Who knows...I might even hit it before Disney in September! :cheer2:
 
Looks like everyone is doing well!! Congratulations!

I lost 2.2 lbs last week! :cool1: I am down 17.6 lbs or 8 kg (like the pounds figur much better! :lmao:) and just 0.9 lb away from my 10% goal! I really would love to get there next week! But my goal has always been to get to my 10% by the end of August, so I still have some time!!

I really am slow at loosing my weight, my average is less than one pound per week. But I realized now that it's not about getting to your goal as fast as possible, but also about learning to eat healthy. I really don't compromise my life style. And last week I realized that I am actually enjoying my life as it is at the moment and was wondering how strange it will be to actually have to eat more at one point in order to maintain my weight and not loose more... I am sure I can manage that... :lmao: But what I mean to say is that I am happy with what I can eat now! So if I can keep that feeling of content and still loose weight, even if it is a bit slower, I am really happy!!
