Daisy - congrats on the loss, it does verify that the weight you lost was for real and it's better to keep and maintain that for a week and then lose again than go the other way. I was down .4, so I'm in the same boat as you 
maryann - wow on your journaling everyday for 111 days!! How much have you lost so far? I have to get back onboard on journaling. I haven't in quite a while and need to really get back on track, as I'm sure not to continue losing if I'm only journaling in my head
mikamah - how'd the party go today? I haven't tried the core yet cause I'm not good at stopping "when I'm full." I need to stick with points and portion control, at least for now.
OK, I have a 3 year old I need to pull a Super Nanny on and get to stay in bed.
