Jo, are you doing the monthly pass? If so you can use the online WW site to find the point value of just about everything. If not, BUY the book in the center. I use both the online and the book and always know the point count of everything I am eating. I also do the journaling online, I always have a computer near me, both at work and at home so I don't have to worry about the paper. I am now 111 days on program and I have journaled every single one of them. I really believe that has been the key to my success, journaling, point tracking and water. (one of these days I will add actual exercise other then walking to my list. -- that is my challenge)

tigerlover what part of the spring were you planning on coming. There is so much to do here in the city but I have to be honest sometimes we don't always have a Spring. March and April can be kind of iffy if you know what I mean. We say March winds and April showers brin May flowers. Let me know if you're going to be in the midtown area, I work right in Rockefeller Center, I'd love to say hello! mikamah, you have a plan that is the key. You already know you have to make a choice. Either pizza or the cake.
Daisy2 - that great about the .6 loss. I look at those lower loss weeks after a high one as my body telling me the larger loss was for REAL and not just water. It takes a week or so for the body to get to the next weight loss drop after a large one. At least that's the wayit i for my body.
