I love the bears and birds, but I've been going to them since I was 2 and it might be a cult type thing w/ me by now. I think my kids may enjoy them for their first time in 2 weeks.
I know the cars can be found in a lot of parks across America and are not unique to WDW, but my son is almost 3 and will just love to go on them... driving his own car and all. So although I don't care for them, he will probably love them.
I enjoyed Sounds Dangerous when it was more interactive and called something else. Haven't been there since they changed it and probably won't now since I've read the posts. Doesn't sound dangerous, sounds terrible.
Backstage Tour was nice once, but would be bored doing it again. Same w/ the President's, COP, and Timekeeper.
I don't understand why Snow White hasn't been nixed yet. Like a PP said, too scary for youngsters, too boring for older kids. Doesn't seem to fit any age range.
I am a coaster fanatic. The faster and more furious, the happier I am. And yet I can't stand the Star Tours and Body Wars. I get the concept, and I sort of feel like I am the one flying thru space and body, but they bounce you around sooo much and I find I enjoy the smoother rides more. The Dinosaur ride shakes me up too much too. RnR is more my style. So I would be fine if they were taken away.
