Woohoo !! I've put my trees up, but it will be more than my life's worth to decorate them without the girls help. I've already eaten a couple of chocolate decorations and my mulled wine air freshener smell so festive

I can't wait for the girls to get home from school so that we can finish the decorating

Is anyone finishing off their Christmas shopping this weekend ?

I've finally received the Disney Store's Christmas brochure

Mine arrived this morning ~ Just in time for me to go shopping this afternoon

I only have one pressie left to get ~ Nice smelly for DH's PA and then I can concentrate on the Disney Store

Just got back from shopping in Birmingham - horrendous queues everywhere we went - the Disney store queue was round the shop and out the door to pay - yes we stood in it and waited - all for one Captain Jack Sparrow that DS just HAD TO GET .

We have just been out shopping. I would tell but my sister could look it up and so I'd rather not say.. The lights at the town centre were horrible though. Other than a couple of lights there is nothing there at all!

I did see a lovely Donald Duck figurine today though. It was a "Then and Now" version; 1/2 of it is a DD in black and white and the other is him painting himself in colour. I thought it looked cool!

Today's shopping was OK. I think it was spoiled by my brother and my brother's GF as they spent most of their time looking at stuff for each other and then when we went off separatly to get presents for him and my other brother it was all her suggestions! I had minimal input at all! For example, we got my brother a game (won't say what for reasons above; I think I am saying too much already) and she was like all "What's the newest one?". She didn't even ask if he liked the brand at all! Likewise with my sister; she was just all "Let's get this and that" and didn't bother to ask whether my sis said she liked them or if she had said she would like to have watched them!

My plan to get my sister the little mermaid and then watch for myself failed unfortunately due to my brother's GF. I could always get the cousins to get it though..
