WL Reservation - Anything Else I need to Tell Them?

First time going to an on-site resort at DW. Made reservation for Nov/Dec at WL. I know these are just requests and they may not happen depending on room assignments.

But, for our woods/lodge view at WL, I have asked for non smoking and bunk bed.

After some research on these boards, I am wondering if I should call back and add these requests - on 5th floor, north facing, hopefully facing MK.

Would they think I am asking too much?

The only real request I had was a MK facing room. I even gave them a room #. Which I got! ( I was surprised at that b/c I was sooo specific)

As long as you're nice about it, I don't see why you couldn't have one more request.

We actually left it at non-smoking and bunk bed room. We also had a woods view room (actually 3) reserved. When we checked in, we found out we had all 3 rooms upgraded to courtyard view. What a gourgeous view and a nice surprise.

To be honest, the views at WL are all nice, but if you want to try for those requests, go for it. They are just requests and I am sure the staff will do what they can to honor them. Make sure to list your requests in the order of importance.

I have always asked for the same room and have always gotten it . As long as you are nice they will grant it I think .
I know they said that they do not take fax requests anymore but I sent one anyway and got everything I asked for .

For our trip in May to AKL, I mentioned to the CM when making our ressies that your niece will be turning 3, so you should do the same with your ressie, since that's what's going to be happening. If you mention that you are celebrating a birthday (especially a child's) and the CM notes that in your ressie, I think they will try to do more to accomodate you. At least, that's the story ...
