Well gang we are on our way into Fall now!!! The kids have started school and it is starting to get cooler out!!! This is the time that we know we have to keep focused!!! So much is changing in our daily routine.

Well I managed to loose 2 lbs. this week!!! I am very happy with it!!! What about you??

I had another visit from the whoosh fairy again this week, and it was a good one! 5 pounds down! :)

Man, I worked those FlexPoints like nobody's business! :teeth: Now I'm learning how to maintain with them.
 
I've lost a pound since last Sunday - with many fluctuations in between....LOL! I'm goin' DOWN!
 
I did the unthinkable....I weighed on a Sunday (usually I *only* weigh on Thursday which makes me terribly late for the check in thread!)

Last Thursday I was 137.5. Today, I'm down 1 1/2 pounds!!! I've made it to 136 and am claiming my 20 pound clippie in the process!!

And yesterday I got a wonderful jewel....a friend I haven't seen all summer stopped by and could NOT believe how good I looked. It means so much to hear someone say that outside of your immediate family!

WOO-HOO!!
 

I've had a Yo-YO week. I left for vacation for a few days weighting in at 155.5 before i left coming home tuesday i weighted 166.5! Now i'm back down to 157.5. I can't really give myself a loss until i'm back to 155.5 or under that i should say. All that other weight was vacation fun weight. Now i'm back on track and hopefully headed downward again. Not to mention TOM was here this weight in. Good luck everyone for a success week next week.
 
1 1/2 lbs down here! :bounce: And I got my 5 lb clippie!!!! :D

Good for you! Two more pounds gone forever. You are cruising steadily toward goal and doing a great job. I'm feeling very proud of you so I hope you are feeling proud of <i>yourself</i>. Keep it up, you're doing great.

I've lost 31 lbs since Aug 4th. I am only supposed to get weighed once a month! Since surgery I have lost 44! I am down a lot in sizes and last night I was able to fit into a large t-shirt and it wasn't even tight! (In july I was wearing a 3 x!)
 
Well... I am reporting a 2 pound loss this week!! I was really surprised since I had been wanting to eat so much bad stuff but I guess wanting to eat it and NOT eating it are different!!!!!!!!

I'M CLAIMING MY 20 POUND CLIPPIE! UNBELIEVABLE! 24 POUNDS TOTAL IN 10 WEEKS...NOT BAD AT ALL!

I'm continually encouraged on so many fronts...my faith in Jesus, my job (working with teenagers and sharing my life with them), my friends (who are so likeminded and encouraging), my husband (who has a will of iron and is constantly telling me how great I'm looking), THE WISH BOARD (it goes without saying that this real-life support has made a big difference!) and even those skeptics about Atkins and our progress encourage me! We'll show them! I'm working for GOOD HEALTH AND A LONG LIFE!

I didn't lose this week, but more importantly, I didn't gain!! I ate horribly last weekend, so was worried about that! I'm starting a journal today. Please feel free to comment, suggest, yell at me, kick my butt, whatever it takes to keep me on track!!

I love reading all these postive thoughts. I really do think about the WISH board when I start to reach for something not on plan. I feel as though I am finally back on the right track with Atkins, after floundering around for the last few weeks. I am also doing well with exercise, although this was a rough week at work, and I didn't go as often as I would have liked. I am down another pound this week:bounce: I am at my lowest weight in about 5 years!! Thanks to all your support on the WISH. Looking forward to reading more good things this week.

Just an update on my progress - started SBD 2 weeks ago and have lost 9lbs :-)

Slowly moving into phase2 - I would like to lose another 15-20lbs and will be happy - but am happy now as can fit into my pre-preganancy clothes (and some are abit loose!!!!).

I'm down 2 pounds this week, to bring my total loss to date to 28 pounds. :)
 
As I posted on another thread, I lost 2.4 pound this week, and I earned my 5 pound clippie!!!!! I have been working so hard for this, and I'm so thrilled. I'm so excited by it you would think I skipped all the clippies and got the 40 pound one right away, LOL! :teeth: Good job all you WISHers! Let's just keep on keepin' on together!
 
I didn't post last week because I hadn't lost anything due to that evil low carb candy. ;)

This week has been a really good week!

Since I quit eating that evil ;) candy, I'm down 3 1/2 lbs this week. :)

I've lost 5" in my hips since I've started and am down more than one clothing size.

I am officially on day 14 of the cheat free challenge and I also earned my 20 lb. clippie yesterday! Woooo Hoooo!!!

I had a terrible week. I was completely off plan all week and the worst part was that I really didn't care too much. I am up 2.5 pounds this week but considering how badly I did I guess it could be worse (on Thursday I was up 10 pounds! :eek: ).

I missed my birthday goal and I am now 4 pounds away from that 40 lb. clippie. My toe is still bothering me and it is still swollen enough that I can't wear regular shoes. :( I can't exercise and even walking pretty short distances causes pain. :(

I also can't access WISH very often anymore. They told us at work that they are changing the Internet policy and nobody can access the Internet at all for personal reasons so that has pretty much cut me off since I don't have much of a chance to DIS at home - too busy with DS. It was so nice to be able to pop in and out for a few minutes at a time during the day to get my encouragement and now that has been taken away completely. :(

I know it is stupid but I just really feel like giving up. I know if I can just stick it out then it will get better but I am having lots of little pity parties for myself lately and they seem to be winning. :(
 
Hello All,

I had a phenomenal week after being on a plateau the week before. I don't want to change my clippie or give an exact count yet 'cause I'm going to the dr. on Tuesday for my official 3 mo. checkup.

Joined the WISH on 9/2, but could not bear to weigh myself until Friday 9/5. I will be checking in next week when I weigh on 9/12. So far, so good, this week, though.
