This is everyone who posted on page two. I love reading about everyone's progress!
ead79 Way to go, cutie! That clipart looks beautiful in your signature. You are on your way to goal for sure and I'm so proud of you!
LisaTx So, you only post here when you get to celebrate? WOO HOO!!! Losing 3.5 pounds in one week is just awesome progress. I'm really impressed with those 5 inches you lost too. It's a great feeling to be able to wear a smaller size, isn't it?
Love that new clipart, it looks great on you. Are you feeling proud? I hope so because I'm sure feeling proud of you!
becka Awww, sweetie. You sound so downhearted. Sounds like those offplan foods caused you to retain some fluid. That mean old bloat fairy is always laying in wait for us to go off plan, huh?
I hope your toe gets 100% better very soon. Once you are not having pain I think you will not only feel better but you will do better. When you feel a pity party coming on, never hesitate to come here to WISH and vent. You know we're always here for you, that's what WISH is all about.
Just don't give up. I don't think you really want to give up, do you? Hang in there. I'm proud of you for posting here even though you weren't happy with your progress this past week.
*Flower* Good job! Another pound gone forever. That is wonderful progress, especially since you had a trip to NYC.
Okay, look. I don't think you need a kick in the behind except that you aren't celebrating your wonderful success. You lost one whole pound and you didn't eat any of that wonderful cheese cake!!! You are successful and you don't even appreciate that fact. Shame on you!
{{{HUGS}}} my friend. I am feeling very proud of you--I just wish you were feeling proud of yourself.
Can't wait until November
vfb2girls Awww, I'm so jealous! You are going to be grandparents again?? I sure wish I had grandchildren. I'd settle for just one ;-)
Good job losing a whole pound despite the celebrations. You are doing great and I'm proud of you.
Debbie WOO HOO!!!! The Whoosh Fairy was kind to you, too. Love that new clippie. You are doing so well. You must be feeling so very proud. I'm sure feeling proud of you, my friend. Good job!
Amelia WOW! You lost 3.5 pounds in just one week? Way to go! Love that pretty new clipart. I'll bet you get to trade up again, soon though, so don't get too attached.
You are so successful with this, you've lost 49 pounds so far? Excellent. I'm so happy and proud for you--be proud of yourself.
Kitster Well, let's see. You took the challenge on 8/4 so you've been following this way of eating about 4 weeks, give or take a few days. That means you have been losing an average of 1.25 pounds per week. If you do that for a year then you will lose 65 pounds in one year. In fact, that's almost 7% of the total amount of weight you want to lose. That is progress sweetie. Don't let a self imposed timeline sabotage your efforts. If you exercise and stay with your eating plan the weight will come off. It may not come off as quickly as you wish, but it will come off.
Men lose so much faster than women. My husband lost 13.5 pounds his first week on Atkins...I didn't. But, I've taken the Atkins plan as my lifetime plan, I don't plan to stop eating that way even after I reach goal, so I figure it doesn't do me any good to get in a hurry, to be impatient.
What kind of workout are you doing everyday? A good workout will help you lose weight more quickly. Don't worry, the whoosh fairy could visit you any day, now. Don't give up, hang in there. You can do this, all of your WISH friends are going to help you.
By the way, do you journal your food intake? You might want to use the journals at
www.fitday.com --doing that can help you identify any possible "carb creep" in your diet.
LuvTigger I like your attitude. Sounds like you have things under control and you are doing well. Your positive attitude will help you reach goal.
I'm curious. When you say that you are adding "carbs" do you mean refined carbohydrates or the carbohydrates found in fruits and vegetables? I'm not familiar with the Health Point plan so I'm learning here
Good job this week, thanks for posting here even though you didn't see a loss reflected on the scale this week.
dalepool You've been lurking??? *gasp*
Ouch about those injuries. I'm glad you are okay to start exercising again, that's going to help. What an accomplishment to not regain all your weight even though you were not able to work out.
It's great to see you here again, Patty. Don't stay away so long again, okay? I miss you when you aren't here.
KathyTX Who in the world would move a WW meeting to a Sunday afternoon? YUCK is right.
Hang in there, the WHOOSH fairy will find you soon. You are so close to goal, I imagine losing these last pounds is going to take a while. I'm proud of you for not giving up even though you still haven't earned that 50 pound loss clipart. You are so close. I'll bet you earn it soon.
Thanks for posting here. I know it's not as much fun when you don't have a loss to report.
honeymo78 Way to go! Another 2 pounds gone forever. You are doing so well and I'm very happy and proud for you. I'll bet you earn that 20 pound loss clipart soon.
I'm especially proud of those inches you lost. Getting smaller is our true goal and you are definitely getting smaller. Good job!
So, how did I get so far behind? YIKES! This is everyone who posted their progress to page two. I loved reading about your weeks.
Onward and downward!
