<b>Kelsie</b> You are just doing so well. Another 3 pounds gone forever and that's just <i>so far this week</i></b>. You get to report in again on Tuesday. Amazing!
You are such a <b>success</b>. See what happens when you don't give up? You never did give up either. I'm very proud of you for that
You are lighter and smaller, way to go! Love that clippie, it's gorgeous
<b>KathyTX</b> <i>*gasp*</i> you sneak weighed???
Look at you go now, sweetie. Another 2.5 pounds gone forever. What a great feeling that must be, are you feeling proud of yourself? You'd better be because everyone else is proud of you, especially me
27 pounds total lost, outstanding my friend, absolutely <b>outstanding</b>!
<b>CDoobee</b> Oh Debbie! That is wonderful news. Another 3.25 pounds gone? Must be that low carb thing, you think?
I will bet you were smiling big at WW that night. I would still be smiling if I lost that much in one week. Way to go!
That nasty taste in your mouth means you are in ketosis, that's a <b>good</b> thing. That means your body is burning it's own fat for fuel.
Look at that gorgeous new clippie of yours, just gorgeous. I'll bet you have the 10 pound clippie in no time at all. You are on your way to goal! What a great feeling that must be. I'm so proud of you.
<b>Dizzy-Disney4</b> Cheer up sweetie. You got rid of all that fluid the bloat fairy left at your house and you didn't gain even one ounce this week. I think that's great.
You know that the weight is going to come off, you are working hard and doing everything right, it doesn't stand a chance.
I know how frustrating it is when the scale doesn't show a loss every week. Been there and done that, I see no reason whatsoever to buy the t-shirt
Do not despair, my friend, and never give up. You can do this, I know you can. Look how successful you have been already. You've lost <b>17</b>pounds, that's what I call progress, cutie pie. That is the equivalent of 68 sticks of butter, if you live in Canada it's the equivalent of 17 <b>tubs</b> of butter. That's a lot of weight my friend and it used to be on <b>you</b>. It's not on you anymore, is it? Do you know why it isn't there anymore? <i>Because you <b>lost</b> every pound of it</i>!!! <b>You</b> did that.
Now stand up straight, take a deep cleansing breath and put a smile on that pretty face of yours because <i>you</i>, my friend, are a WISHer and by definition that make you a winner!
Hang in there and never give up because you can do this, you have already proven that.
<b>elisebutt</b> Let me make sure that I understand this...you lost 4 pounds in one week? Is that what you are saying?
Ummm, Elise? That is a <b>good</b> thing. You don't sound very happy about it. Where's that gorgeous smile of your's?
Try this:

<b>I LOST 4 POUNDS</b>
Oh that is much better. Don't you think so, everyone? I think so
Okay, now you have been very successful with this Elise. You should be very proud of yourself, I'm certainly proud of you.
<b>NancyK</b> Woo Hoo!!! You lost another 3 pounds? That is fantastic. You've lost 27.5 pounds altogether. What an inspiration you are for me. Way to go.
You are doing so well, working out and everything. I'm proud of you, sweetie.
<b>TigH</b> I <b>like</b> your attitude. You only gained 1.5 pounds and you ate too many cheat meals? That's great! You could have gained so much more, sounds to me like you stayed in control of your eating choices very well.
I'll bet you 50 cents that that 1.5 pounds was left with you by that tacky bloat fairy, too. Want to bet? I'll bet it is gone very, very soon.
I think you are doing great. Hey! You didn't even eat any Easter candy

Keep up the good work. You, my friend, are a success!
<b>Rebd40</b> Did y'all see how calmly she said that? No bouncing smilies, no WOO HOO, just quietly said, "I finally hit the 10 pound mark"</b>
I guess that leaves the celebrating to me, huh?

WOO HOO!!!! Rebd40 hit the 10 pound mark! Way to go!
that was fun
You are doing so well. I'm really proud of you.
<b>PartyofSix</b> Okay, I'm beginning to lose all hope of catching up with you. Look at you go! Another 3.25 gone in just one week and a 42 pound total loss. That is just so awe inspiring. What a motivation you are. And you are so <b>successful</b> at this weight loss stuff. I really admire the progress you have made.
I'm proud of you, very, very proud

I covet your new clippie
<b>Debbie</b> OH MY GOSH!!! Look at you go! 3.5 pounds gone forever and a total loss 28.5 pounds since January. You are doing so well.
You are such a great motivating presence here on WISH. I'm so proud of you for making such wonderful progress. I knew you could do it all along, though, I truly did
<b>becka</b> Sneak weighing, huh?
I'm not going to congratulate you yet, just think how much more you might lose when you weigh in?
<b>ead79</b> Losing .4 pounds is quite an accomplishment, especially when that tacky bloat fairy has been in your neighborhood.
How great you didn't gain, huh? You are doing very well, sweetie. You are sounding stronger and more determined every day.
Be proud of yourself because I'm proud of you.
<b>momto4obkids</b> WOW, WOW, WOW. You lost 4 pounds in one week? Amazing and wonderful progress, I'm very proud of you.
You are certainly on your way to goal now! Woo hoo! Good job!
<b>tmfranlk</b> Excellent! You lost three pounds in one week. Isn't that just the greatest feeling?
What we do about the clipart is when you take the challenge you start from zero. It's the only way Kelsie could figure out for everyone to start equal. I had lost over 20 pounds before I took the challenge and you will notice my clipart only says 10, but I will have a clippie that says 100 one of these days, you just wait and see!
Are you feeling proud of yourself? Well you'd better be proud, all of <i>us</i> are proud of you. Way to go!
I am just so proud to call myself a WISHer, just so proud to be one of you wonderful and successful people. Thanks for letting me hang out with you
Congratulations to all who lost this past week. {{{HUGS}}} and big smoochies for anyone who gained and a hearty pat on the back for anyone who was lucky enough to maintain their weight, that is an incredible accomplishment.
Onward and downward my friends.
Katholyn
