WISH check-in week of 4-27

Wow!!! GREAT job everyone! I lost 0.4 pounds this week, but I'm actually pretty happy with that. It's that TOM, and I usually have a big gain during TOM, so I'm more than pleased with a loss, even if it's not a huge one. Now, I'll be sticking with it for another week and hoping that bigger loss shows up next week. :)

Wow! Everyone has done so well this week!! Good Job!!

I weighed myself today and i am down 4 pounds!! I am so thrilled!I started up atkins tuesday and lost 3.5 since starting ! woohoo!

So,total i am down 9 pounds so far! Only 49 pounds to go till i hit my goal!

Amanda

Everyone is doing so well! I am happy to report that I am down 3lbs this week for a total loss of 5 lbs. (Question: since I lost the first 2lbs while lurking, do I wait 2 more lbs before getting my clippie?) I started my walking this week and thse 3 days seem to have helped. Hopefuly, I can keep it up (or down as the case may be :) ).

Congratulations to all of this weeks losers!

My weigh-in is on Thurs. but I had to read the other posts! WTG to all, esp. Tammy! You are doing amazing. I'll be checking in in a few days! Hang in there all!!

Congratulations, everyone! You're all doing so well, and your success just inspires me. :teeth: I hope I'll be able to report a loss, too, on Tuesday after I WI.

Congrats everyone, I so proud of each and everyone of you. Just the fact that we keep trying and don't give up labels us all winners. I am weighing in on Wednesday, as I forgot to weigh in the first day...good luck to those still to weigh in :)

I don't think I've seen so many consistent LOSERS as have already posted- I wish I had the time to mention you all personally- you're all doing so great!! What great motivation you are for everyone- KEEP IT UP!!
I'd love to see a "total pounds loss on WISH" thread- I think we've probably topped 500 pounds!! WOW!! I don't weigh in until Tuesday- hoping for a good report-
Here's HOORAH's for everyone- even if you don't lose- you're focusing on what's healthy and that always makes you a winner!
Tara

<b>Kelsie</b> You are just doing so well. Another 3 pounds gone forever and that's just <i>so far this week</i></b>. You get to report in again on Tuesday. Amazing!

You are such a <b>success</b>. See what happens when you don't give up? You never did give up either. I'm very proud of you for that :)

You are lighter and smaller, way to go! Love that clippie, it's gorgeous :teeth:

<b>KathyTX</b> <i>*gasp*</i> you sneak weighed???

Look at you go now, sweetie. Another 2.5 pounds gone forever. What a great feeling that must be, are you feeling proud of yourself? You'd better be because everyone else is proud of you, especially me :)

27 pounds total lost, outstanding my friend, absolutely <b>outstanding</b>!

<b>CDoobee</b> Oh Debbie! That is wonderful news. Another 3.25 pounds gone? Must be that low carb thing, you think? ;)

I will bet you were smiling big at WW that night. I would still be smiling if I lost that much in one week. Way to go!

That nasty taste in your mouth means you are in ketosis, that's a <b>good</b> thing. That means your body is burning it's own fat for fuel.

Look at that gorgeous new clippie of yours, just gorgeous. I'll bet you have the 10 pound clippie in no time at all. You are on your way to goal! What a great feeling that must be. I'm so proud of you.

<b>Dizzy-Disney4</b> Cheer up sweetie. You got rid of all that fluid the bloat fairy left at your house and you didn't gain even one ounce this week. I think that's great.

You know that the weight is going to come off, you are working hard and doing everything right, it doesn't stand a chance.

I know how frustrating it is when the scale doesn't show a loss every week. Been there and done that, I see no reason whatsoever to buy the t-shirt ;)

Do not despair, my friend, and never give up. You can do this, I know you can. Look how successful you have been already. You've lost <b>17</b>pounds, that's what I call progress, cutie pie. That is the equivalent of 68 sticks of butter, if you live in Canada it's the equivalent of 17 <b>tubs</b> of butter. That's a lot of weight my friend and it used to be on <b>you</b>. It's not on you anymore, is it? Do you know why it isn't there anymore? <i>Because you <b>lost</b> every pound of it</i>!!! <b>You</b> did that.

Now stand up straight, take a deep cleansing breath and put a smile on that pretty face of yours because <i>you</i>, my friend, are a WISHer and by definition that make you a winner!

Hang in there and never give up because you can do this, you have already proven that.

<b>elisebutt</b> Let me make sure that I understand this...you lost 4 pounds in one week? Is that what you are saying?

Ummm, Elise? That is a <b>good</b> thing. You don't sound very happy about it. Where's that gorgeous smile of your's?

Try this:

:bounce: :Pinkbounc <b>I LOST 4 POUNDS</b> :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Oh that is much better. Don't you think so, everyone? I think so :)

Okay, now you have been very successful with this Elise. You should be very proud of yourself, I'm certainly proud of you.

<b>NancyK</b> Woo Hoo!!! You lost another 3 pounds? That is fantastic. You've lost 27.5 pounds altogether. What an inspiration you are for me. Way to go.

You are doing so well, working out and everything. I'm proud of you, sweetie.

<b>TigH</b> I <b>like</b> your attitude. You only gained 1.5 pounds and you ate too many cheat meals? That's great! You could have gained so much more, sounds to me like you stayed in control of your eating choices very well.

I'll bet you 50 cents that that 1.5 pounds was left with you by that tacky bloat fairy, too. Want to bet? I'll bet it is gone very, very soon.

I think you are doing great. Hey! You didn't even eat any Easter candy :) Keep up the good work. You, my friend, are a success!

<b>Rebd40</b> Did y'all see how calmly she said that? No bouncing smilies, no WOO HOO, just quietly said, "I finally hit the 10 pound mark"</b>

I guess that leaves the celebrating to me, huh?

:Pinkbounc :bounce: WOO HOO!!!! Rebd40 hit the 10 pound mark! Way to go! that was fun

You are doing so well. I'm really proud of you.

<b>PartyofSix</b> Okay, I'm beginning to lose all hope of catching up with you. Look at you go! Another 3.25 gone in just one week and a 42 pound total loss. That is just so awe inspiring. What a motivation you are. And you are so <b>successful</b> at this weight loss stuff. I really admire the progress you have made.

I'm proud of you, very, very proud :) I covet your new clippie :)

<b>Debbie</b> OH MY GOSH!!! Look at you go! 3.5 pounds gone forever and a total loss 28.5 pounds since January. You are doing so well.

You are such a great motivating presence here on WISH. I'm so proud of you for making such wonderful progress. I knew you could do it all along, though, I truly did :)

<b>becka</b> Sneak weighing, huh? ;)

I'm not going to congratulate you yet, just think how much more you might lose when you weigh in?

<b>ead79</b> Losing .4 pounds is quite an accomplishment, especially when that tacky bloat fairy has been in your neighborhood.

How great you didn't gain, huh? You are doing very well, sweetie. You are sounding stronger and more determined every day.

Be proud of yourself because I'm proud of you.

<b>momto4obkids</b> WOW, WOW, WOW. You lost 4 pounds in one week? Amazing and wonderful progress, I'm very proud of you.

You are certainly on your way to goal now! Woo hoo! Good job!

<b>tmfranlk</b> Excellent! You lost three pounds in one week. Isn't that just the greatest feeling?

What we do about the clipart is when you take the challenge you start from zero. It's the only way Kelsie could figure out for everyone to start equal. I had lost over 20 pounds before I took the challenge and you will notice my clipart only says 10, but I will have a clippie that says 100 one of these days, you just wait and see!

Are you feeling proud of yourself? Well you'd better be proud, all of <i>us</i> are proud of you. Way to go!

I am just so proud to call myself a WISHer, just so proud to be one of you wonderful and successful people. Thanks for letting me hang out with you :)

Congratulations to all who lost this past week. {{{HUGS}}} and big smoochies for anyone who gained and a hearty pat on the back for anyone who was lucky enough to maintain their weight, that is an incredible accomplishment.

Onward and downward my friends.

Katholyn

Nativetxn - you are so nice (and funny) how you encourage everyone! You deserve a metal!:Pinkbounc

Wow, what a bunch of losers!!!! ;)

I have been gone awhile and you all have been busy losing, losing, losing, that is so wonderful to see!

John Illinois: That 45 pound clippie is such an inspiration! What a wonderful job you are doing.

Kelsey: Congratulations on your continued loss, the pounds are really dropping for you.

KathyTX: Another 2.5 pounds down is wonderful, it won't be long now and you will have that 30# clippie.

CDoobee: Your first 5# clippie is looking very fine, congrats.

DizzyDisney4: Two pounds lost is great, that 20# clippie is right around the corner.

elisebutt: After TOM departs I am sure you will see a big difference.

NancyK: Way to go, another 3# loss, look out 30# clippie, Nancy is hot on your trail!

TigH: Karen you are always so positive!! I am sure you enjoyed every bit of food that passed your lips and 1.5 pounds will be easy for you to loss. I can relate to your week because I indulged as well and have maintained for two weeks, so it is time to jump back on the bandwagon. I said I was going to start again on Saturday, but it looks like I am starting anew today, so we can do it together!

Rebd40: Your new 10# clippie is looking very nice! Congratulations.

PartyofSix: 3.25# down is awesome, what a great week for you. And 40#, wow.

Debbie: 3.5# down is a great acomplishment for one week, congrats to you. There seems to be quite a few folks this week working on that 30# clippie. You will be there in no time at all.

ead79: .4# down is better than .4 up, so congrats on your loss. After TOM I am sure you will see the numbers go down so more.

momto4obkids: 4 pounds lost in a week is fabulous!! Way to go.

As for myself, I don't weigh in until tomorrow, but I am not expecting any major announcements since I have been "vacationing". Back on program today and maybe some time this week I will lose that 3/4 of a pound to grab that 20# clippie.

Have a great day everyone, keep up the great work!

Wow, Alex's challenge has resulted in some huge losses for the week! Congratulations! I did not do Alex's challenge (I'm not doing Atkins), but when I weighed in this morning I was down 3 lbs! That makes a total of 10 lbs lost in 3 weeks! If I had a clippie (which I don't!), it would now say 10! I am very excited because my 1st WISH goal was to lose 10 lbs in 4 weeks, but I was able to accomplish it in 3 weeks.

Linda

Well I officially weighed-in this morning and I was down 2.5 pounds!!!! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: Not quite the 3 I was down on Friday but I stayed on plan this weekend so I am not worried....it must just be some fluctuations in the scale. :)

That puts my total loss at 12.5 pounds!!! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

6.5 more pounds until I am in a new WW point range and just 2.5 more pounds until I get a brand new shiny 15 lb. clippie! I am going to try extra hard this week to try to earn that 15 lb mark. :)

Have a great week everyone! :)

Hi everyone,
WOW, talk about excitement!!! this thread just about is leaping off the computer from everyone being so excited! Great success to everyone, congratulations!

I have been doing well, my weigh in isn't until THursday, but I have no doubt I will be down. I already "sneaked a peak" at my scale!!! I have kept in Alex's challenge, and I have learned so much about myself. I am soooo excited. I learned that yes, indeed I can stay within points, make some difficult choices between foods and make it work. I learned that I will be able to decrease my points as I work my way down the WW scale of points. I learned that I can survive at work with no "comfort foods" and I learned that I have it in me to stay on track!!!:Pinkbounc

Congrats to everyone and have a great week!!!!

Well all I wanted out of life was to loose 1.25 lbs. before I go to my mothers this coming Friday!!! Do you think that is to much to ask?? Apparently is was. But I will take it since I lost 2.5 lbs. instead!!!! That means I am in search of my 15# clippie!!!! I think I am going to try to change it myself. But be warned I have no clue what I am doing and we may get some interesting results!!! Everyone is doing so great!!!! Keep up the great work everyone!!!

That 15 lb clippie looks mighty good on you!!!
Way togo!!!!!

Well I only managed to lose one measly pound since getting the scale on Sat. morning. Which I guess that is good. I have a feeling that I have managed to shed a few more since I started this thing a week and 2 days ago. I can only see from when I got the scale.

:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Woohoo!!! Not only did I lose 4 lbs. this week but that brings my total loss up to 15 lbs.!! and brings me within 3 lbs. of my goal for weightloss for when I see my family in 4 weeks!! I am just so psyched this morning - I got me a new clippie and can't wait to lose some more!!

Congrats to everyone!
