<b>Rebd40</b> If I get a medal then everyone else here on WISH deserves one too. That's what we do here, encourage each other. You encourage me every time you post, so you deserve a medal too
<b>blanq</b> AMAZING! 3 pounds gone forever and it only took you one week to do it. Way to go! You've lost 10 pounds total and you don't even want the clippie. I can see your point, I probably spend way to much time waxing and buffing my clippie when I should be cleaning house. You are very wise
You have even accomplished your first WISH goal ahead of schedule. Now, <i>that</i> is an inspiration. You have made me beam with pride today
<b>becka</b> Great news! You should be very proud of yourself. You've lost another 2.5 pounds <i>and</i> you followed your eating plan meticulously. WOW, <b>you</b>, my friend, are a success! I'm proud of you, very proud!
Did you see Becka's post, Rebd40? <b>That</b> is how you celebrate a loss
Keep it up, becka, you are on your way to goal!
<b>Jiminy102</b> <i>YEEEEEHAAAAA!!!</i> You did say I could talk Texan to you anytime, right?
Look at you go, Holly, you are <i>smokin</i> in this losing weight stuff. WOW! You lost twice as much as you hoped? That's incredibly happy news.
Of course, I hope you know it doesn't surprise me one bit, I knew all along you could do this...hee, hee, hee I just <i>love</i> being right
Your new clippie is just gorgeous, very flattering. You're going to look even better with that 20 pound clippie, though, just wait and see. It won't be long before you have a new one at this rate, you won't have too long to wait
<b>Desiree</b> <i>Uhoh....you've done it now</i>
Well I only managed to lose one measly pound
Okay everyone, ready to say it with me?
<b>"What do you mean you only lost one measly pound???</b>
Okay, Des, you're sort of new around here and I suppose you haven't had a chance to read your copy of the WISH bylaws but you just broke one of the rules of WISH. I guess I can give you a warning this time but next time you have to empty all of the waste baskets in here, those carbolite wrappers and popcorn bags can make a mess too, I would hate to see that happen
Des, seriously, losing one pound in one week is great, honest it is. Do you realize that if you keep losing one pound a week you will have lost 52 pounds in one year? That's progress my friend...that's <b>success</b>. So let's try it again, shall we?

<b>WOO HOO!!! I LOST ONE WHOLE POUND!!!</b>
Yep that's lots better, bunches better, I like that a lot

Good job, just keep on keeping on, Des. You are a <i>winner</i> and I'm very proud of you.
<b>airhead</b> What is it with all of these blase WISHers?
another 2 for me total 27 lbs
Come on?!?!?!?! You lost another <b>two whole pounds of fat</b> you've lost 27 pounds all together and you aren't even just a teeny bit excited? Geesh, I have to do everything around here.

<b>WOO HOO!!! I lost two whole pounds!!!</b>
See how much more fun that is? I would be so happy to lose two pounds. What is it going to take for you, airhead, are you going to have to reach goal before you get excited? (I hope you know I'm just having fun, sweetie)
You are very successful at losing weight and you are a great motivating presence on WISH. I'm really glad you are in my support group and I am very happy and proud for you
<b>CrzyforPiglet</b> That's so exciting! Losing 4 pounds in one week is incredible. You are doing so great! And you are within three pounds of one of your goals. Way to go!
I love celebrating your successes, piglet, you make it so much fun!
Be proud of yourself, I'm sure proud of you. I just love that gorgeous new clippie of yours too
<b>jimmytammy</b>
Any suggestions on getting the scales to move more in a week?
Ummm, liposuction? <i>I'm teasing, I'm teasing, lighten up people, it was a joke!</i>
If you are staying on program and walking every day you are doing everything right so you know as well as I do that this weight is going to come off. What you need to do is stop worrying about the timeline. The whoosh fairy will visit you one night and <i>*whoosh*</i> several pounds will "magically" disappear.
Losing .5 pounds in one week would be 26 pounds in one year. Not too shabby, huh?
I think you are doing great JT. You are steady, dependable and an example for me. Don't be impatient, I know it's frustrating to lose slowly when some of your WISH friends are losing more quickly. One of these days they will be losing slowly and <i>you</i> will be losing quickly. It's just the nature of the struggle. No one ever said losing weight would be fast and easy (well, maybe one of those Hollywood diet ads but don't believe a word). It's <i>not</i> easy to deprive yourself of foods you love, it's not easy to work out every day. You did that though. <b>You</b> did that every single day last week. That sounds like success to me, that's determination---that is motivation.
Be proud of yourself. I'm proud of you and so is everybody else here.
<b>perdidobay</b> Look at you go now! You are doing great. Glad you got rid of some of that fluid, it's uncomfortable and frustrating to carry that stuff around, isn't it?
You lost two pounds (water or fat who cares, it's gone!) and you are going to have your 5 pound loss clippie any minute now.
Are you excited? Are you happy? Are you proud? Cause, I <i>sure</i> am. Way to go!!!!!!!
<b>FergieTCat</b> You haven't been strict about your points and you haven't <i>gained</i> anything? That's wonderful news! That means you will be able to keep this weight off when you have finished losing, good job!
You are very close to that 25 pound loss clippie. It's practically in your siggie already. I have no doubt that you will lose that 1.5 pounds and have the new clippie very soon. I know you will because you are <b>successful</b> and you have decided to do it. I don't have any doubts at all. I believe in you!
<b>Hannosmom</b> That's amazing! Losing 8 pounds in one week has got to make you jump up and down with excitement, I'd be jumping up and down.
I'm so happy and proud for you. I'm glad you didn't experience any withdrawal, I didn't either. We were both lucky.
Look at that beautiful new clippie of yours. I want one like that too. With you as an example and encouragement for me and with all of the WISHers behind me, I'm going to get me one of those
Good job, Linda. I'm truly blessed to have you in my support group.
<b>ohMom</b> I <i>like</i> your attitude! Very positive. You are a wonderful example for us all.
I'm sorry to hear you injured yourself. Are you alright now? Please take care of yourself, we wouldn't know what to do without you here on WISH.
You will soon be losing again. To <i>maintain</i> your weight, though, and not gain in a situation like this? Well that is just awe inspiring. You are such a shining example for us all. Good job!
<b>tlgoblue</b> You have a very positive outlook. I like it

You had a road trip last weekend, TOM is approaching yet you didn't gain anything.
That is a very good sign don't you think? In a week or two the *whoosh* fairy will probably be visiting you and you will drop several pounds "all of a sudden".
Hang in there, my friend. You are doing great and I'm glad you are part of my support group.
<b>geetey</b> This is just so exciting! Two whole pounds gone forever and a brand, spanking, shiny, new clippie. WOW!
I'm just so happy and proud for you. You help keep me motivated and I really appreciate that

Keep it up! You are on your way to goal!
<b>NHMinnie</b> Holy Cow! You lost another 3 pounds and you are only 1 pound away from that 25 pound loss clippie? Incredible! You are amazing and you are doing so well.
Be very proud--we are all proud of you. This is just so exciting, look how successful you have been. WOW!
<b>SandraC</b> What a loser you are! Isn't it great? Another two pounds gone forever and you are on your way to goal.
Let me know if they plan a Toronto or Niagara Falls meet this summer because I can't wait to see you again and I will be there, for sure. If I can find y'all....that was just too embarrassing
Way to go my friend. Cherish your success and be proud of yourself. You are a <b>success</b> and a good example for us all.
<b>pixiedust218</b> I hope you are proud of yourself for maintaining that loss of yours. That's quite an accomplishment you know. You will be at goal one day and now you know that you will be able to not gain the weight back. What a positive thought that is.
I'm so glad to see you back here with us again, we missed you. I'll bet you didn't think I noticed you weren't around, huh? <b>WRONG</b>, I noticed
<b>faith</b> I'm sorry you are disappointed.
<b>perfectmatch300</b> I think you are very wise to lose your weight in such a slow and steady manner. A lot of us would get frustrated but you are just calmly doing what you need to do without losing sight of your goal. What a great example you are for me.
The slower we lose the less chance we have of gaining it back. Good job, Nancy! Congratulations on losing another .5 pounds. You are going to have that 10 pound clippie in no time at all, I'm sure of it.
<b>PAdisMOM</b> Don't tell me how I knew but I could tell all along that you had sneak weighing tendencies, it's something around the eyes
Way to go! 4 pounds gone forever...16 sticks of butter...4 tubs of butter if you are Canadian
I hate to tell you though that being bad over Easter and gaining is totally irrelevant to WISH. Sorry, it's in the bylaws, honest.
Isn't it in the bylaws everyone? See, I told you.
We do not concern ourselves with this past Easter, yesterday or even 5 minutes ago. We don't beat ourselves up or feel guilty. We only concern ourselves with "right now" because any time other than "right now" is in the past. The past is gone. We can't change the past. <i>So fuggedabouti</i>

It's over.
We take things one day at a time, one hour at a time and somtimes one minute at a time, if necessary.
You are doing great, you are a success <b>now</b> and that is all that is important. Be proud of yourself and enjoy your success. I'm proud of you.
<b>lmhall2000</b> Tara! That is wonderful, you reached a goal ahead of schedule. Look at you go! You are on your way to goal and nothing is going to stop you now.
I'm so happy and proud for you. Keep on keeping on, my friend. You are a <b>success</b> and I'm very, very proud of you.
<b>Kabuli1</b> Wonderful news and excellent progress! Losing 3 pounds in one week is something to be proud of and I'm certainly proud of you.
If you keep this up you will reach goal in no time at all.
If you want me to send you the rules for Atkins induction just send me a private message with your email address and I'll send them right out.
Way to go!
<b>AWilliams</b> You reached your final goal? That is just happy and exciting news! Are you the first WISHer to earn the goal clippie? How proud you must be feeling
Losing 5 pounds in one week is magnificent. I'm so happy and proud for you. Have a <b>magical</b> trip. I can't wait to see the photos.
I hope you will continue to visit WISH even though you are at goal, I need a great example like you here, to keep me motivated.
<b>Amelia</b> That new clippie is just gorgeous. Isn't success a great feeling?
I'm proud of you my friend.
<b>DiznEeyore</b> I'm glad you aren't complaining about losing one pound, I'd have to give you a demerit
I think losing one pound a week is great. That's 52 pounds a year and that is a lot of fat.
Good for you, my friend. Hang in there and be proud!
<b>Tink33</b> How great you must be feeling about yourself. You are almost to goal. Another pound gone forever and that goal clippie is practically in your siggie already.
You are a great motivation and good example for me. I'm really glad you are a WISHer. You have done so well. I'm proud of you.
Congratulations to all who lost even one ounce this week. If that nasty bloat fairy has paid you a visit and you gained, hang in there you will be losing again soon. If you maintained your weight, I'm proud of you that makes you a success.
I weigh in Thursday
Katholyn
