Oh goody! I just love when you post this thread, Holly. It's my favorite part of WISH. Can you believe another week is already past? Amazing, huh? And WISH is just growing by leaps and bounds. We have a great support group. I just love it here.

I can't wait to see how everyone did last week. No candy at my house, I was perfectly safe from that ;)

Well I lost another 3 pounds this week on The Alex Challenge (still not through the week on that yet).

This makes my total since accepting the WISH Challenge..........

45 POUNDS!!!!

:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

John you are just amazing. You are just melting away before our very eyes. Good job, sweetie. I'm proud of you. I also covet your clipart ;)

You are doing great John!! :)

This has been a good week so far. I had lost 13 pounds before the Alex Challenge and after 4 days, I'm at 16! I've lost 3 pounds in 4 days and I hope to hit one or 2 more before it's over. :)

I have to agree with Alex, it really pays for me to weigh often on this challenge. It has helped me get through the day.

I was also able to fit into something I haven't been able to wear in months (with a little room to spare). This was my first goal! :)

Have a wonderful week everyone. You are doing an amazing job!

:teeth: I'm down 2.5 pounds this week!! ( I already counted .5 of it with a secret, unofficial mid week weigh-in. I couldn't help it- I just HAD to have the 25 pound clip art!)

This is a total of 27 pounds lost on the WISH challenge. Kelsie, I hope you're saving one of those fancy, shiny, gorgeous 30 pound clippies for me. I hope to have it two weeks from now!!

Kelsie- you're doing so great! 3 pounds in 4 days- you've really turbo-charged your weight loss this week! :Pinkbounc

John- you just can't be faithful to your clip art for more than a week at a time, can you? One of those love 'em and leave 'em types, are you? :p I hope you're not spending your whole clothing budget on new clothes right now, because it looks like you won't be in this size long!

Thanks, loser friends, for helping me through another week!

FINALLY!!

Yay! I get my 5 pound clippie! I really hope I'm off that plateau I've been on for so long. After adding my own version of a "kinda-sorta-Atkins" plan added to my usual WW plan only 5 days ago, I lost 3 1/4 pounds at my WW weigh-in this morning. I also only made it to Curves twice this week and didn't do my WATP tape at all! So, it might have been more. That makes my pounds lost since joinging WISH at 6 3/4 and my total loss at 37 1/2 pounds.

I'm sure I'm not doing induction the EXACT right way. And I'm not quite sure how to count the carbs in some stuff. But, whatever, it's working! Hopefully, I can stay on it for the full 2 weeks (I'm taking it one day at a time.) I don't THINK I've had the carb withdrawal symptoms I've heard about. I had a headache a couple of days this week, but I get headaches frequently, so who knows. I HAVE noticed having a TERRIBLE taste in my mouth, which I didn't think had any relation until tonight when I read another WISHer (sorry, forgot who) mentioning it. Weird.

After, the 2 weeks, I'll probably start adding some carbs back. I really miss my Subway veggie sandwiches! But, I'll just make sure that the days I have that, I don't also have any other bread, potato, pasta, etc.

Hmmm....wonder if I did that clippie right?

Kathy, I have one right here with your name on it! Just say the word and it's yours!! :)

Just wanted to stop and say a big congradulations to all my looser buddys. WOW you guys are totally doing it! I will weight in in the morning so i'm off to bed. WTG guys your all so awesome and deserving of all those new clippees. I hope Kelsie's got her elf's working overtime making new clippee's looks like there's gonna be a lot of that this week!

Good morning all. Well, I seem to have "lost" the 2 pounds that were gained last week  . So, still at 17 pounds. Not very happy this morning...I think its the weather since I was planning on some sun after yesterday's rain but it seems awfully cloudy out. I refuse to believe the scale has me in a bad mood:mad: ...although I really wish I could throw it out the window.

You all have done great this week...:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc .

Well I lost the 2lbs I put on last week, plus another 2lbs and my little monthly friend put in an appearance so it probably was water retention last week.

Haven't managed to get much exercise in as I was at my mums but chased the kids over Mum and Dads 5 acres of orchard so made up for it that way!!! Also shopping with mum probably burnt off many, many cals. Found a lovely little fishmongers so got some Manx kippers(heads still attached - yuck) and some gorgeous venison sausages from a game butchers. I love country towns.

Kids have really worn me out this week, can't wait for Zach to go back to school next Tuesday, so I can have some Danny and me time with lots of walking to the park.

Good morning everyone,
I'm down 3 pounds this week for a total of 27.5 pounds. I've been doing the WATP tapes and I really like doing them. I even tried the 3 mile tape once this week and made it through without collapsing or anything. LOL! I'm so happy to see that 25 lb clippie, but I can't wait to get one like John and Tammy.
Congratulations to all the "losers". And for those who didn't lose - remember that today's a new day. "Perseverance is not a long race. It is many short races, one after another."
Have a great week.
Nancy

Way to go, John and Kelsie!!! You guys are so determined!!! :)

KathyTX, you'll get that gorgeous, shiny 30 pound clippie REALLY soon, I know it!

CDoobee, WOW! You really beat that plateau. I would love to know what you are doing (specificially) as I have had some thoughts about doing a modified WW/Atkins plan to see what kind of results I'd have!

Dizzy-Disney4, hang in there! At least you lost those two that you had "gained". I will send some sun up your way to help put a big smile on your face!!! ((((hugs)))))

Elise - WOW!!! You lost 4, yaaaay! Those kippers don't sound very appetizing, but the sausage does! MMMM! We are leaving for England in 26 days and I CAN'T WAIT!!!! I know there's a pork pie over there with my name written all over it!

Well, I gained this week, but I'm not too bothered about it. I'm back at 148 after a weigh in of 146.5 last week. I think it's a combo of too many cheat meals in a one week span, not enough exercise and pre-PMS! ;) ha ha! Anyway, I feel really great, nice and thin, so this gain isn't getting to me like it could. Phew! :) Easter candy was no problem here - I don't really go for candy these days. We are attending a cookout at my Aunt's house today though, and I can see some potential trouble looming on the horizen! ;)

Good luck to everyone else! I hope to see lots of happy, losing stories posted here this week!

FINALLY hit the big 40! I'm so happy. Today at weight in i was down a cool 3.25lbs! For a grand total of 42 lbs since Jan 29, this year! I'm just so thrilled and happy about that. I guess i survived my first big holiday and i can be proud of that too. I'm only 2.5lbs away from my second 10% goal! And on my way into 14 jeans! I just ordered me a bunch of them off ebay (a lot of good it did to sell my jeans huh?LOL) Here's my stats again. Start 234.5/current 192.5/ Goal TBD (when i feel good, am healthy, and look good to me) approx 135-155 just have to play it by ear on the goal part. I'm off to the dressing room to try on my new clippee.

Congratulations Everyone. We are doing so very well, aren't we??

Whatever our loss, we seem to be a determined bunch.

John it sure is hard to keep track of which clippie you have, since you keep on changing it!

Kelsie, you go girl! Your enthusiasm is catching!

Kathy TX, I've said it before, that 25 pound clippie looks good on you. And I don't blame you for picking it up early! (I'd do the same!)

Dizzy Kathy, I maintained last week, too. Keep the faith! You CAN do this. And remember the tortoise, slow and steady wins the race-just not the laps!

Elise, I think we could feel all that running on this side of the pond!

Karen, you have the right attitude in my mind. Determined, but realistic! You'll be fine, I know you will.

Debbie, doing WW, and watching your carbs seems like a good plan to get over a bump in the road. Congrats on the new clippie!

Rebecca, the new clippie will certainly look smart on you! Don't forget to change it!

Tammy, I had seen that 40 pounder in another post. Congratulations. It sure looks fine. That 2nd 10% will be here before you know it.

Nancy! Wow! Way to go. You sure are keeping me on my toes. It's going to be close to see who makes that 30 pound clippie first. We'll be a fine sight in WDW in August, don't you think?

Now for me. I lost 3.5 pounds! I am thrilled to bits. That makes it a total of 28.5 pounds since January 30. YEAH!
And if I do real well. . . a sneak weigh in is in the offing!

WOW! Everyone is doing so well! :) This thread is always so much fun to read and it really motivates me through out the week.

I weigh-in tomorrow morning. My pre-weekend weigh-in had me down 3 pounds so hopefully all 3 pounds will be officially gone tomorrow morning (and maybe even another 1/2 lb. or so ;) ).
