I just started reading your PTR on the races. You're a WDW virgin and I'm a DLR virgin! I feel like a fish out of water planning for the Tink, but the W/D and the Princess? I'm in my element. The W/D will be my first RD race and first half, but I know WDW like I know the back of my hand at this point. Tink makes me afraid because everything will be new. First flight to LA. First trip to CA. First trip to DLR. You get the idea.
I read that as walking for 3 minutes in between each interval.I am doing the time improvement plan. I am supposed to run 800 m so many times, every other week. The instruction is to then walk 3 minutes.
Am I supposed to walk 3 minutes after each 800 m or walk 3 minutes after all the 800 m? When I did the two miles, (800m x 4) I walked after each 800m. But, we build up distance, so I was wondering if I did it right. I am doing 6 x 800m Saturday, so was looking for clarification.

Well, I did my Saturday 5 mile training run outside! It was the first time I had run outside since I hurt my Achilles back in April. I have been using the treadmill since my recovery. I woke up around 7 and took my dog out and thought, "wow, it actually feels cool out here! I should run outside today!". So I went in, changed and got some water and set out. It was 76* when I started. I had a 1/4 mile stretch through a stand of pine trees measured so I stuck to that path. Just ran back and forth 20 times, lol! I know that sounds terrible but after the boring treadmill it was great! I put my water bottle at one end and tried to drink a lot. I averaged a 15:10 mile. I had 2 miles that were under 15:00, one that was exactly 15:00 and two that were like :30 over. But on one I was messing with my phone to try and play some music and on the other my DH called to see if I was ok, lol. I woke him up to tell him I was going out and he got up and I was still gone so he got worried, lol. I walked for about 5 minutes to cool off before I went back inside and OMG it was so nice walking into the house! I checked the temp and it was 99* with 75% humidity when I finished! I went back outside to do something and though, OMG I was running in THIS??![]()

Yep, you will have to wait in line twice to get into the Jostens Center. The shirt and bag is usually retrieved at the second building, the Jostens Center. You can't get your shirt and bag without your bib from the HP Field House.Yes you can go get your merchandise first.
