good place to live? expensive place to live? housing? I want to know everything. Is there a TARGET? MICHAEL'S? Hobby Lobby? THANKS.

Very nice place to live if you don't mind all the college kids.

Very expensive....especially in the historic district and around the ocean.

High taxes here in NC

NO hobby lobby, but a multitude of very upscale grocery stores and shopping complexes.

As far as I know there is a Michaels...recently added.

UNCW makes the place very busy, even in summers. A lot of NC kids move there simply to be at the coast.

The resturants are amazing, but of course that's b/c Wilmington is a tourist town.

I almost went to college there, backed out at the last minute to go to ECU. Hope it helps!
