Will Disney just tell you?

I called to make my resi's, will Disney usually tell you if they see a code with your name? Or do you have to ask them?

Well, I just got off the phone with Disney travel. I was checking to see if I had a discount associated with my name and I did not I asked but no luck.

I just called but the man on the phone said the only way I could find out is if I get one in the mail or by e-mail. He wouldn't tell me if I had one or not. Should I call back and hope I get someone new. Also what do you ask? I said I heard that I could call to find out this information.

I called everyday. Last night I had no code. This morning I called and got 40%? I still don't know if I have a code!

Keep calling. Inquire about dates and say you are flexible. Ask at the same time if there are any code/ special. It worked for me!

Call back. If you get a CM that tells you that, thank them for their time and call right back. I've been calling for days (they're probably sick of me by now), and yes, they will look up your household to see if there is a code. When I called tonight I got a CM that said they were not able to look up codes. I knew better. I said thanks, hung up, called back, and got a different CM who looked it up for me (for all the good it did).

All you have to ask is if there are any discount codes for your name or anyone in your household. They will double check your name, address, phone and usually e-mail address and they will tell you if there is anything there. The will do this for everyone listed as being part of your household.
