Will call window

If I order the 2 for 1 annual pass online and pick it up at the will call window to save the shipping fee I assume there is not a certain time frame that you have to pick it up within. I would order the ticket before we leave for vacation but would go to disney for a week before we head over to Universal. I would assume picking it up a 10 days after I order it would not be a problem. Also I know someone has asked this before but how does the will call window work. Is it striclty automated or do you get it thru a customer service rep?

Also we are commando type park people and do not want to waste much time standing in line getting the ticket. On an average about how long does it take to do this and how early can you do this before the park opens?

Also got a disney question. I was going to order some 6 day hopper plus disney tickets online (since I cannot get them at our disney store) to get the discount and use their will call window to pick them up. We have left over tickets we will use those the first day we are at the park. If I pick up the tickets at the will call wndow at disney when we head back to the hotel I assume I do not have to use a park day when I pick them up only the first time I go into the park with them.


We have been to both parks numerous times and I pretty much know the answer to all my questions but we have never order tickets online and used the willl call windows and just wanted to confirm what I figured the answers are. Thanks

Hi, I can't really answer your Disney question, you might want to put that one on the Disney side.

However, with your ordering your AP and picking it up at Will Call 10 days after you order it. Of course you can do that! If you want things to go much more smoothly for you. Bring the credit card that you use AND your confirmation number. This will enable you to use the Electronic Ticketing ceosks and you'll be on your way! The only thing left to do after that will be to go on inside the park to Vacation Services, fill in your information and have your pictures taken for your permanent APs.
