Will BCV do anything special?

My poor son has been sick for the past 2 weeks. We leave in just a couple of days and I know he will still have laryngitis. If I call ahead will they do anything special. He is so bummed about not being able to talk while he is on vacation.

If you want something special you need to arrange it. Just call the BCV and ask them for either ideas or give them what you want done. For a fee Disney will do anything, but don't assume that you will get something. Sometimes you do, but sometimes it doesn't happen.

When you get there all you need to do is go to the gift shop and have it sent to your room, after you buy it of course. They are very helpful and will answer any questions you have.

You can ask, but don't expect to get anything.

If you want to be sure, you can arrange to buy something and have it placed in the rooms, but I'm not sure they'll deliver before you check in.

I know you can never expect anything - but it was our son's b'day when we stayed at OKW, and I told the front desk about it. A baloon and signed card was sent that evening before we went to bed. So drop the hint, and maybe if he looks pitiful enough, he'll get a surprise. Poor guy! At least he's not feeling sick as well - teach him some WDW sign language!
