Athene: Since you are the one who started this thread, and are the only one who can modify the subject line, maybe it is time to do that now that we have somewhat of an identity. Maybe change it to the Wild Turkey Dancing Banana Heads, or something like that?

Woohoo! Friday's here!! :banana:

Hello, Banana Heads! Welcome to the weekend! We are having a Biggest Loser competition at work and have weigh-ins every other week. The next one is this coming Tuesday ... and I have TWO birthday parties to attend this weekend! UGH! :eek:

I got 3rd place in most lost at last weigh-in, I'll probably get to put money in the pot for GAINING this time. :guilty:

Oh well ... you have to live a little!!

So, the big day is coming, isn't it? August 27th ... the day of my Fantasy Football draft!!! Mmmm, :scratchin

seems like there's something else going on that day, too ...

I want to know how many people will be up late on the 26th to start signing up for ressies at the stroke of midnight?

We have decided on St. Marteen excursions, but are up in the air about what to do on St. Thomas / St. John. Hopefully we will decide before the 26th.

Kathy have a great time, eat some Mickey Bars for all of us that are on diets. We will be sending good thoughts your way for a safe return. Poo poo on Chris.

Everyone else, have a great weekend. My sissy is in town and will spend most of the weekend shopping for the cruise. (she is my jimminie cricket when it comes to clothing)

Lindababe - I just thought of you. While surfing the wonderful world of e-bay for pirate costumes for the cruise, (RRRRR) I saw some that were made for teddy bears. Check out Crafty Critter Party Company. They were absolutely adorable.

Tornado sited 10 miles from us and headed our way. Luckily they fade away quickly it seems.
Just finished packing while DH took grandkids out for pizza. DS took DD to pick up her husband at the airport, so I had the place to myself to get ready. Just need to pack toothbrushes in the morning and we'll be on our way. :woohoo:

I like the new thread name, but I did pass it. Went back to the top then noticed the Wild turkeys...at first I thought someone stole "our name". I like the change.

Tomorrow is DH birthday!!! :dance3:

It's the BIG 50!!!!!! so I bought him the shaggy dog with Tim Allen and were going out for dinner tomorrow. Other than that nothing planned the rest of the weekend. Just some house cleaning before my daughter gets home Monday evening.....
