Sit down dinners when on the DDP!

We are going to Disney in January, 2026. I will be bringing my two college aged children (22 year old twins) and they will drink alcohol on the trip. Many years ago we used to get the DDP and our last 7 trips, we have not gotten it, even though they ask for it every time. Next trip, we are going to get it! All 3 of us will be getting an alcoholic beverage with lunch and dinner. My question is what are some of the best restaurants to eat at for the biggest bang for your money? We are going to Ohana's twice (first day and last day of the trip). I think when we are in EP we will go to Teppan Edo. Any other sit down dinners that are on the more expensive side that are not signature? I need to pick 2 more dinners. My son does not eat beef, chicken only. Maybe Steakhouse 71? We are doing 2 days in MK, one in EP and one in AK. We will be going to Yak n Yedi (I have $200 in gift cards) and not paying with the DDP for that one. Any place in Disney Springs you recommend?

Not including any 2 credit DDP table service (if doing a 2 credit, pay yourself. Works out cheaper). Also assuming you don't want character meals (they give you most bang for buck if breaking down by cost) but could be wrong.

Disney Springs - Chef Art's is excellent for table service. Raglan Road as well.
Animal Kingdom - limited for table service. Yak & Yeki restaurants is solid.
Epcot - whatever type of food you like, go with that. Can't go wrong at (most) restaurants there. Not overly a fan of the food at San Angel Inn or Coral Reef but go by your preference.
MK - limited options if you want a drink. Skipper Canteen or Liberty Tree.
Monorail restaurants (for when at MK) - Steakhouse 71 and Kona Cafe, but for Kona maybe not since you already are at Poly 2x.
