Well it looks like the storm brewing out there may get here after the cruise leaves this saturday. That would be great!!! Although we may have some rough seas due to it. Not sure if our itenary will change or stay the same.
I dont care where we go as long as we get to go!!!

Hope everyone is having a good Wednesday today. We are hot and humid like most people on the east coast!!

Minnie has been so busy with company I think she will need next week to catch up on her rest!!!

dave comes home today from ny today and then prepares for going to canada next week. poor me, ill be staying home pulling in the overtime to pay for the cruise! hehe i just watched the new dcl dvc i ordered. oh what fun!

Hey Runa.....thank God Dave is coming up to Canada - it's snowing here so he can stay cool! OK, seriously we are actually in a heat wave (with humidity it was 118.4 degrees yesterday - can you believe it!!!!! It was the hottest day on record for us). But it looks like things will be quite nice for next week. Tell him to bring an umbrella as we have been having lots of thunder storms too. Where about's is he going? And now comes the nosy bit - why is he coming up here?

Good Afternoon Everyone,
I know my icon baby boy banana!! Today we reached 115 degrees with the Heat Index!! TOO HOT!!! Well I was sick of being in the house for the last few days so I went to the Mall with DS and my sister-in-law and niece. The Hallmark Store has the cutest Disney ornaments for Christmas. I bought the Disney Cars and a Pooh 1st Christmas . Well going to cook dinner because DH should be home soon!!! Talk to you tomorrow!!

93 degrees, 47% humidity and a heat index of 99. On top of that, it has been a really crappy day at work. I have one member of my team that I would prefer to strangle at this point rather than talk to him, and one member of the client's team for which I have the same feelings! I have threatened to go back to the hotel pool this evening and spend a great deal of time underwater screaming at full volume. Of course, I would occaisionally come up for air, but none of these people better be in my line of vision!

Okay, breathe deep, imagine sunny beaches and ocean waves. You know, if I make it that long, November might not be a bad time to take up drinking. Heck, tonight might not be a bad time to take up drinking!

Have a wonderful day everyone. And Kathy, Chris or not, I would love to take your place on the ship this weekend. The GKs would probably be more rational than some of the people I have dealt with this week.

Who needs the Caribbean when you can have Pennsylvania? OHMYGOSH - IT IS SO HOT!!!!

Love the icons...When you see my kids dancing at the Golden Mickeys after party and Family Disco Night, you'll see how appropriate ours is. We'll be closin' the joint down! My ds, (age 10 on Saturday!), loves dancing to the Disco Music!

RUNA - What's the weekend for the Irish Festival. We're down there ( )a lot...if we're there that weekend, we should catch up and say "hey"!

I think we figured out that we're going to try and get a Palo ressie for St. Thomas night. I think the Master Chef menu is my least favorite and, if we get the right rotation, we'd be in Parrot Cay, which is my least fave restaurant. Still need to think about excursions and spa treatment for me and dh but I'm very excited to pay this puppy off next week (well, at least run it through my charge card!)

Yes it was hot hot here again today. But our weather is just like Shell's we are getting some storms tonight, which seem to be moving in now. It is getting dark out there. Then a cool off for tomorrow in the low 80's. I may actually want to be outside tomorrow.

Nothing else exciting here except that my daughter will be home on Monday for a couple of weeks, before she leaves for Iraq. So I am looking forward to seeing her. Now I just have to get her room straighted up and dusted. You know how that goes...I bearly go in there except to iron. so I just dust when I need to.

I will be away from the boards for about 5 days as my West Virginia kids/gkids are coming today. Can't wait to see them! Our whole family will be together this weekend - first time in about 2 years.

We got the storms last night, too. Glad it's cooled down a bit.

We are enjoying ours, lots of spoiling going on around here the past few days.

hope everyone is having a great week.
I am happy today because tropical strom Chris seems to be fading away and missing us this time, so our cruise should be ok, of course if it stays where it is for awhile we may have to change our stops this trip, but that is ok too.

Time to get moving, grandkids will be up soon and this old lady needs time to get the muscles moving in the morning!! Can't let them get the better of me yet!!

The cold front finally went through last night and we had a nice steady rain this morning -- no storms! For those of you in the east, relief should be heading your way. (Key word, of course, is SHOULD!)

We've been busy at work trying to dig out from everything that came in last week when we were gone. My self-discipline kicked in and kept me away from the DIS!

Shell - Great list! Thanks so much for all the work you put into it. The icons were all so appropriate!

I also noticed a trend in those photos as well!!! Should be a fun time at Signals and wherever else we happen to meet!

I think we're going to skip excursions and check things out on our own. Counting the days till we can get spa & Palo ressies!
