Why is it so hard to find Dodger plushies?

I have been wanting a Dodger plushie since I became a Billy Joel fan and since Dodger's my namesake I have been begging for one. But ever since Oliver And Company was rereleased on DVD it seems that Dodger plushies are rare. I would just love to snuggle a Dodger plushie and maybe dance him to Billy Joel songs. Do you think Dodger plushies will be made again in the future
