DM-I haven't posted in awhile...but I am still here loving your TR. Raglan Road looks yummy, despite the dust. That will not stop me from considering eating there on our next trip.

Just so you know...the butter sculpture does not fly in New York either. It stays in a sealed room. Do you know of other states where butter sculptures fly?

I was wondering the same thing...I think it's partially rigged. As much as I liked Jordin, sometimes she was just TOO bubbly and that just got to me. And she did "scream" other times besides the one time they actually pointed it out. I think I have a pretty good ear for music---and I could even point out Blake's mistakes---although I'd rather not

now..about the update....
I hope SOMEONE got Triple your Pleasure...I just want to see a picture so I can pretend that I'm eating that (while I'm supposed to be dieting...)

I'm really hoping we can make it to RR on our disneymoon, I thought I had my itinerary planned out and not planning on going there, but I think I might have to adjust it to add this in! Your pictures have changed my mind!
Oh and I'm so glad you saved your cocktail! Who cares about a dusty lamp?? Save the alcohol!!!

Raglan Road Entrees


Hopes:
1. More PhotoPass pictures taken...

5. A meeting with the Dream Team

Wants:
1. A good lunch at Cinderella’s Royal Table...
2. Have a good short rest at the resort in the afternoon...
3. A good dinner at Raglan Road in DownTown Disney with the whole family...

After those scrumptious appetizers I was wondering if our entrees could possibly satisfy. I
also was a bit worried about the boys getting something they liked. But we let them choose
their own meals and hoped for the best.

Alec chose the Gold’n Chicken (two deep fried chicken goujons). Now you may be wondering,
as I did, what the flip is a goujon? Basically, chicken tenders. Okay, that sounded like a good
one for Alec. He ate them up and almost all his fries. He said he liked them.

Evan has a newfound love for fried fish so he got the Atlantic deep fried fish with fries. He
ate it all up.

Thank goodness they liked it. Rob ordered the Paddy’s Pork (tasty pork loin stuffed with
homemade sausage meat drizzled with honey soy glaze served with buttered leeks, cabbage
and mashed potatoes). He said he could cut the pork with a fork (hey, I'm a poet and didn't
know it!) (insert groans here). He really did enjoy this meal. It’s pretty to look at but I would never
have eaten that.

The meat-loving gal that I am...I ordered the Serious Sirloin Steak (10 oz sirloin topped
with Irish whiskey glazed, drizzled with fresh basil oil served with mashed potatoes and
topped with crispy fried onion strings). Can I just say that this was absolutely wonderful?
Can I? I absolutely can! Those crispy fried onion strings really were good with it too. And
I don’t eat onion rings ever! I did not finish the mashed potatoes though because I’m not
a big fan of them. But who cares because the steak was seriously good....seriously.

And it was at the end of our entrees that the precious Sleeping Brookie woke up. I think she
knew it was time for dessert...

So, here’s the menu for the desserts. Once again, since you all did such at great job at
guessing last time ...which did we each choose? Rob & I got different desserts. I hope
you can read it this time.

If I had to pick 2 places that I would definitely go to on my honeymoon it would be Raglan Road and Le Cellier! Rob & I honeymooned in Disney World way back in 1996.... Ah...memories.

Raglan Road is on our list for "next time" - but I when I make my reservations, I'll request a "dust free booth".
