Just wanted to say how cute the pictures were from Crystal Palace. That is one of my family's favorite places to go in Disney. We have always had good food and great character interaction there. My Mom, who sometimes travels with us, can't get over how "fancy" it is with all the glass yet you can dress casual...yeah,ok,Mom...this IS Disney...shorts and T-shirts ARE the dress code! Of course she still thinks you can only wear white after Easter!!!

We stayed at POR during a weekend trip (my first on site experience) and didn't have time to appreciate its lush surroundings! Great pics! I never took any and I wish i would have!

my best friend was there literally a week before you guys and her little girl got her picture taken with tink.... i think some CMs have that capability with their cameras and some don't. i wish they'd just tell you that instead of saying, "we don't do that anymore." that way at least you could've asked another CM to do it later on. who knows???

I agree your update is not long enough. I have heared they still do the Tink photo . I guess I'll find out in 63 days . We check in on October 3rd. I know all about kids asking when are we going back because I have been hearing it since last September. Nice picture of RT, I think he looks cuter with his hair a bit longer . I had to show my DH your photo shop pic where you replaced Marisol with you , very funny.

I thought that gun pointing was funny. Some might not think so but it was all in fun. Oh, and Brookie would definitely do that too, but she is still a Princess. We weren't in building 14. We were in 18 but facing toward 14. It was a nice location!

The boys knew they had a certain spending limit. They had Disney gift cards which had $101 loaded on it. When it was gone, it was gone! We tried our best to emphasize that they needed to choose carefully. Sometimes they did, sometimes they didn't.

I absolutely love the inside of Crystal Palace. It does seem fancy but lucky for us it is Disney! Welcome to my thread, BTW. Cathy "turned you on" to the DISboard, didn't she? She's so sweet!

The pin is adorable. I'm saving it for Brooke until she can appreciate. Yeah, right, that's what I'm doing!

The famous Tinkerbell shot is where a PhotoPass photographer will have you pose with your hands cupped while you are looking down at them. Then, when you look at your PhotoPass pics later Tinkerbell shows up in your hands. Totally cool!

If someone has a Tinkerbell photo I hope they could post it here so you can see it!

Hey DM,

You got some nice family photos. I encountered a similar problem with the tinkerbell picture. We were trying to get it in the evening though and they said they couldn't do it because of lighting issues but that we should try during the day? I'm not sure how the lighting could really be an issue as it is a computer generated graphic. Oh well.

Hi Dm, Loved the latest installment! Your castle pics are wonderful. I wasnt sure what the TINK picture thing was about but I think I figured it out I thought you could just add tink to your photopass pics when you edited them before you order your CD online- I am new to all this -what do I know
