Ray Collier.

I am very cautious when it comes to spending money and I asked him all the hard questions I had about timeshares and DVC and he gave every right answer without blinking and made us feel very comfortable. I tried like heck to trip him up but I couldn't. We bought at AKV in August and could not be happier. We were also pleasantly surprised when Ray called a month later to check in and asked if we had any questions.

Our guide was Ken Bradshaw, but we just noticed on a recent e-mail that we've been assigned a new guide, Ricardo Quiroze. We thought that Ken was great and were not sure why we've been switched. We haven't spoken with Ricardo as of yet, but we're sure that he's just as great!

Oh now I get it. I was thinking, I could have sworn that my parents guide was Ken Bradshaw, but when I called to join DVC they told me they would connect me with my parents guide who was Ricardo Quiroz. So I'm guessing anyone who was with Ken Bradshaw was given to Ricardo?

I'd like to know that myself. I've gotten several emails from my guide and from DVC...but they never have a personal email address. One address ended in @dvc.chtah.com and the other @wdw.twdc.com. I'd personally love to be able to email (my preference over the phone), but maybe Disney does this so that the guides are not innundated on their computers. Who knows?

I just received an email (two days ago) from Disney Vacation Club signed by my guide announcing BLT.

Not sure that this rises to the level of "doing business" but it certainly is advertising.

Note that this did NOT include my guide's email address, just a phone number.

Hello Everyone

I was thinking a little, and i was wondering.... Although this thread was started as a general information thread, has anyone used this information to their benefit in other ways? Can anything be added to this to make this thread any more useful? I do enjoy updating this list, but if there was more i could do to make it more useful to people i'd do that as well.

Also, i've been leaving all dis names on all guides whether they are currently thier guide or not...i don't mind changing that to the current guide only...
any suggestions on that?
