Who is your guide/Who has the same as you!

We've been members since 1993. I don't even remember who our guide was. We aren't interested in adding on. I don't get what the big deal is with the guides.Can someone explain it to me please?

My guide is Bill Koontz, and he's been awesome to work with! Very patient and knowledgeable and he responds quickly. Just started the ball rolling yesterday and hope to have it all taken care of soon!

Bill is our guide too. My husband and I haven't closed yet but we have already signed and sent in all the paperwork. Bill has been great so far. We really like him.

I can't wait until our close so I can "officially" say we are DVC members!!!

Jim McCoy has been working with us lately, and we had him assigned to us when we first started thinking about this - 6 years ago! Very informative. But, we are looking at resale, too. I hate to NOT buy from Jim, but the financial difference might just be too good to pass up. But he has CERTAINLY done his job!
