To answer vegadog2 about rates i paid 32.0a nite with my DC card for afull hookup,there are some cheaper rates quoted by traveloicty ,for a reg site water and elec only.I went thru disney travel co,so i could use my disney club card.But by all means if you would like to have a mini meet please contact me.@HayesBigdaddydon@aol.com:

We booked a preferred site using Disney Club for Oct 20-22 fot $83 including tax and 4 tickets to Wide World of Sports.

wife caller wdw today they said they were booker, only had 1 day of the 2 so i guess i'll have to do the call back thing.they quoted a rate of $61.00 for 2 days .sure would like to meet ya'all.lets try to keep the thread going to see what kind of group we can build.

We will be there too but in a cabin, hope this wasn't a campers only thread. Our dates are the 3-17. First time for my 3 kids, just can't wait!!!

There is no such thing as a campers only thread in my book !And i have never met any one who has stayed at Fort wilderness that i didnt like,We love to meet all who visit Ft. wilderness.

Hi, great thread.....Me and my DW, my DD, my DSIL and 2 grandkids will be at WDW from October 28th through November 3rd. As you can see frm my signature, we have spent mny wonderful vacations at Fort Wilderness. Even though we are staying at AKL this time, we always take time to visit the Fort. Plus, we have dinner reservations for November 2nd at the Hoop-de-dooh to celebrate our DD's Anniversary. So, if yousee 4 adults and 2 kids wearing lime green ribbons...stop & say HI!!

I haven't been lucky enough to see any yet.wife thinks I'm crazy for wearihg my green ribbon even though we haven't seen any.I keep telling her that we will this trip and she says"sure you will".I'll be wearing mine.
