Hello! How is everyone's Tuesday going?

Yesterday was so gorgeous. It was in the low 70's and sunny. I wanted to be outside so badly I convinced the principal to have a fire drill Well, we needed to have one anyway! Today is not as warm and grey. By Thursday it is supposed to be highs in the low 40's with a chance of SNOW!! Yuck, where is the shivering smilie?

Poor Ben's ear looks awful, but he seems to be taking it well!

Briana said practice went better last night. The other coaches were there so I didn't go. Briana isn't going tomorrow night because of Matt's birthday dinner. He wants to go to Outback, but not for the steak...he loves their salad

Somebody needs to tell me how to put that bouncing Mickey pumpkin in my sig. please I don't have a clue.

I have to finish shopping for Matt today. Think he wants a DVD of the Little Mermaid? I want to buy one!

I used to hate spending the money on glasses. I had the RK surgery in 99. It was the best thing I have ever done. I love waking up and being able to see, I don't have to play games with contacts, prescription sunglasses etc. It is so much easier. Right after I had it done I was so used to having glasses on and always pushing them up that I spent about 2 weeks poking myself in the face! I would forget I didn's have them on anymore

Michele, you just save the mickey and copy and paste him just like any other picture. Do you keep yours in photobucket or somewhere like that? That's all ya do

Dznyfan... I have one of the comforters from DCL...I bought it on ebay talk about a constant reminder!!! Its just on a quilt rack in my disney room. I love those chocolates too!!! and the choc. truffles at wdw

Linda - lucky you to have one of the comforters!! I found one from the Wildnerness Lodge last week, and was thinking about getting it for the lake place, but it was a twin comforter, and I'd get at least a full and use.

DH found one of their amoires which would have looked great in the bedroom, but I don't think he bid, either.

OH! I just remembered! Speaking of M&Ms, did you guys know you can get custom printed M&Ms? They're not cheap, and you have to order at least 4 bags - but I'm thinking about ordering some that say "I Love You" for my DH and DD.

I saved mine to photobucket and copied and pasted like normal... hmmm some other people were having that problem too... I'll look what they did.

I just right-clicked on Linda's jumping Mickey and clicked "properties", then copied the URL address and pasted it into my signature. After I pasted it, I highlighted it and clicked the image button so it puts the IMG tags around it. Did you try it that way? When you say it's a red x, can you see it on any of our signatures or is it just a red x on yours when you tried it?

Hey, Nicole - try this:
go to one of our posts who has the bouncing pumpkin, right click on it, then save it to your computer. Then go to photobucket, upload it to photobucket, and then highlight, copy and paste from that (bottom) option in photobucket into your signature. That should work.

Okay, I am finally all caught up.

Ashley- I like your cake! The picture of Ruby is so cute, she got to eat her cake too!

I am not really a dark chocolate fan, I much prefer milk chocolate and occasionally white chocolate. One of my favorite candy bars is Dove chocolate. Yumm!!!

Someone mentioned Lone Star a little while ago... we went there for my birthday dinner on Sunday, but after 15 minutes we still had not seen our server. Another server came over and took our drink orders and then someone plunked down half of our drinks 8 minutes later without saying a word, just our waters and Emma's milk. We got fed up so my dad left $1 on the table for the milk and we left. There is a restaurant literally on every corner in this town, and the place was not even 1/4 full, there is just no excuse for that.

Your story reminds me of the time we went to Red Robin for dinner several months ago.

We went in and were seated almost immediately. It was not busy at all. So, we sat, and sat, and sat. Nobody even came to take our drink orders. I even told one of the busboys who cleaned off a table nearby. We had sat for ate least 15 minutes, and I decided to go up and tell the hostess. She apologized and said someone would be right there. Well, 5 minutes later....still sitting. So, I went up and asked to speak to the manager. I told him nobody had even taken our drink orders. He said someone would be RIGHT THERE..........yeah.......5 minutes later......still sitting. So, I told DW to get the kids together and we will go somewhere else. Just as we were walking out, the manager said where are you going? I said somewhere else. He asked if anyone had taken our drink orders.....Nope. Eventually he apologized and gave me a $25 gift card.

So......what did we do?? We go across town to the OTHER Red Robin and use our $25 gift card!! Woo Hoo!
