We have 2 studio Garden View Rooms at BWV Sept 12-17
Waitlisted for Standard 2 BR at BWV

I just gave up a BCV studio on October 8. Instead I'm waitlisted for a BCV studio on October 2, and if I get it, I'll be giving up a BWV standard view.

JUST ONE NIGHT 10/7 for a Savannah View 2 BR at AKL. We got the rest of the nights booked, so hopefully it comes through so we don't have to move!

Yes! I am on the waitlist for Sept, 2010! Looking for GVC Studio 9/23-9/26 (3 nights). I currently have a 1BR booked for 9/23-9/25 (2 nights) -- and turned down a 1BR for the 3rd night. Really hoping to save some points by snagging a studio.

they have a standard view but really want a LV (which they had before then he wanted a sv to save on points)

Maybe I ws just lucky, but a few times I've gone in September. And when I have, it's been with only a couple months notice when Southwest offers a great air sale. And most times I've been able to get what I wanted (a studio at BCV). Once, I did have to "settle for" a BWV Boardwalk view for a couple nights. So, to me, that seems to be a relatively un-busy time at WDW, with few waitlists.

Something must be going on Sept. 16th or that weekend because at BCV and BWV we could not get what we wanted.

Do you yet have time to let it "wait" -- or are you nearing a deadline for making a firm decision? Hoping the best on your waitlist!

I checked on my waitlist yesterday. I'm still looking for three nights studio at GCV in late Sept vs the two nights 1BR already booked during same window. There was one night of the three available ... but I would have had to borrow in order to book it. The CM gently reminded me that it was in the last month of my UY and that any borrowing would be both immediate and non-returnable. I knew that -- and truly appreciated her coaching me against taking the one night.

Together the CM and I also explored using hotel options (Disneyland Hotel and Paradise Pier) both for point costs and impact of the "rule of 4." I'm in a rather tricky spot trying to travel at the end of my UY. I never thought I'd travel in summer months (certainly not to WDW at least) ... but here I am doing exactly that in SoCal!

I'm sad I really thought my waitlist was going to come thru for a 2BR BW Standard view for Sept12-17 but it hasn't. I guess we will have to stick with the 2- Studios Garden View. I'm still disappointed.

my brother LV at BLT has not come thru yet either. when it does a standard view will go back.

not giving up until Sept is here. most of my waitlist have come in the last 30 days.

we are waitlisted for BCV 9/19-9/26 studio but are booked at BWV. so either way it doesn't matter to me! i'd just really like to stay at beach club. it's going to be our first trip home!
