I'm headed to bed shortly, gotta work tomorrow and Saturday.

btw---I GOT THE BOX!!!

I've only opened it so far, I plan on watching the dvd's Sunday...the trinkets in the box are awesome! It took me quite awhile to decide on only a couple of pieces, gotta hit the Disney store this weekend for something to add back in.

Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving, eating turkey, ham, or chicken, stuffing/dressing (there is a difference I learned ), cranberry sauce (we keep ours in the can, and put it on the table every year for 'effect') , mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, green bean casserole, salad, rolls/biscuits, olives, appetizers galore, French silk pie, black forest cake, and ice cream pie! OR, whatever else YOU had! That was our menu for today. I'm stuffed, and like Betsy, I need to undo the damage. It was fun today, but very, very cold! We played Cuckoo (a card game) after dessert, and I lost every round TWICE since I had to pay Kelly's share too! I wish she'd get a job, like Matt.

After we got home, I pulled out ALL the Cmas decorations so I can start tomorrow. I cleared out the cedar closet, and then filled it with everything that's been out in the basement all this time. Yikes, I just remembered that all the Cmas storage boxes have to go back in that closet!! Hmmm, maybe the garage, just this one year?

Today was supposed to be a sleep in morning for me because Liz has her clinical placement in a nursing home on Friday mornings. Well, she woke me up about 20 after 6 and said that her ride hadn't shown up and could I take her.

Of course, she is placed in a small town about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes away and needed to be there for 7. She got there about 7:15, better late than never, I guess. At least she figures she can get a ride back to town from a fellow student, so I won't have to make the return trip.

And all of that without breakfast

Guess I better go eat huh!!!

Well, the kids left for Orlando and unlike most.....I am NOT going to the mall - can't stand the after Thanksgiving crowds! Besides - I've finished my shopping!

Today I did my after Thanksgiving tradition and mailed all my Christmas cards. I'll just sit back and enjoy the season. I do have some wrapping to accomplish!

Tinknutt made the BEST dinner yesterday - we had a great time!
