Well I DO have alot more .....but now IM bored.....So Ill let you all off the hook ....We all had a great time with ALOT of great memories....

Tell us about your meeting Robin....Just a little?...Then Kim can fill in the blanks!

Kim and I had a laugh over the timing of her postings.


She says that many people tell her that they know it is time for them to go to bed when she comes on to post

Poor Kim We like ya, honest, we do. Just some of us are not night owls

I think the trip was a success.

When Liz and I arrived at the Cracker Barrel, meeting point (deja vu, Ann ) I called Kim and she and the kids came right over to meet us.

Brer_Papa, I thought of you and ALMOST ordered meatloaf for lunch since that was the special of the day, but switched to a BLT instead

We all got acquainted and then after lunch it was off to the mall for some shopping. We tried to get Matt to go into his favourite store, but he wasn't co-operating with us

Then it was over to the motel, so that Liz and I could get our room. Kim and family were there the night before.

Off to Ruby Tuesday's for supper. Hmmmm, a theme going on here

Kelly wanted a swim in the pool, so we sat and watched her and talked some more.

Matt was catching up with friends at home on his cell phone

This morning we all met over breakfast at the motel and said our goodbyes.

Thanks for coming to meet us, Kim, Matt and Kelly. I really am glad that we did this.

Sounds like you guys had a nice visit....Im am so green...I want to meet you guys! ...

I have DH thinking about the Jan07 cruise....I cant believe he is .....because hes not that thrilled with cruising, but I think he likes the idea of me being able to meet up with you all.....We will see...... ..He wants me to get details............... ...........Anybody got the details???

Okay here are the pictures that I have from our mini DISmeet

The first one is of course, Kim, Kelly and myself, enjoying the rocking chairs outside of the Cracker Barrel Restaurant.

And here are the 3 darling young people that we had along with us. Liz, Kelly and Matt. Don't they look excited

I think if it's a short one I could get my DH to come too!

Oh I cant tell you how cute they were....Even when they got mad they were cute...I had a hard time not laughing at them...when they got a little upset....I dont think it would have helped matters if I did....had to turn my back a couple of times......BUT My DS and DIL were not thrilled with it at all(its just not the norm for them).....They are just so young and its alot to take in....I exspected a couple of little breakdowns.....I think all in all they did awsome....all those late night and early rises..We did do afternoon naps though.....

Gotta expect a breakdown every once in a while...usually there's another reason for it like them being tired ar thirsty...you know what I mean.

Thats just it ...Its nice to be one step removed.....You can sit back and enjoy....ya know?.....and remember when it was them(my DS) ...that were having the melt downs......What goes around comes around....And they will get their chance to sit back and enjoy ...when they get their DGC...If Im lucky and God willing I just might have a chance to enjoy THAT too....

Liz shy . not really She just didn't want her picture taken.

If the cruise happens in Jan07, it will most likely be a 3 or 4 day cruise.

My husband might balk a little at it, beings as we've cruised so many much in the last few years, but if he doesn't want to come, I will leave him home that ought to get him onboard real quick

The TKer's cruise is really sounding like an awesome idea. We'd have a blast. Ann could karaoke and we could all "takeover" the adult clubs and party

I may be wrong, but I don't think Ann has anything booked as of yet.

Yes there would be exact dates and itineraries.

3 day cruises are usually leaving on Thursdays and returning on Sundays... Thursday - leave Port Canaveral, Friday - in Nassau Bahamas, Saturday - Castaway Cay (Disney's Private Island) Sunday - return to Port Canaveral.

4 day cruises leave on Sundays and return on Thursdays..... Sunday - leave Port Canaveral, Monday - in Nassau Bahamas, Tuesday - Castaway Cay, Wednesday - at sea, Thursday - return to Port Canaveral.

Somebody wanna PM Ann and ask her which cruise? She told us awhile ago and I already forgot what she said

Brittany was bugging to come home from our upcoming vacation early for a concert, I got to the point where I told her she could stay home from the beach if she REALLY wanted to go to this concert-She changed her mind REAL QUICK!
