Happy Humpday!

Cally: You and I do sooo much the same it's uncanny...we collect shotglasses too! My favorite is probably the etched 100year anniversary shotglass John bought in the giftshop under the castle. I am almost as choosy about the postcards as I am about the pins. I tend to collect anniversary stuff and Mickey stuff.

and about your car...new is new...I have NEVER had a brand new car but I truly enjoy the ones I do have. We've gotten pretty lucky where we find used vehicles that look and feel new. We shop around alot before actually buying.

I have never had a brand new car either. I figure what is the use when as soon as you drive it off the lot it depreciates.. Maybe one day when we hit the lotto we'll get a brand new car

The Pins I collect tend to be cute yet unique.

Betsy: 5 new AT's!?! Wow! The gold ears is on my list of must haves and now I need to get a new fantasia mickey and I;m getting the Captain Mickey on the cruise.

I didn't pick up a gold ears AT. I didn't like the look of it. I guess I should have because they probably will not sell them anymore, huh?

I forgot BP put you's all in the hoosegow!

Brittany (Mini-Me) is the beanie baby collector, she has a king size bed and the underneath is completely filled with storage boxes that hold them all!

The collectibility of the gold ears is why I want them. I think they could have designed it a little better.

I also like the older cars for the lack of recalls on them...it seems the newer ones have more repair issues than the ones that have been on the road for a couple years. Tried and True!

How was the trip? How's Kim? Details!!!

The trip went really well for me and Liz.

Absolutley no problems with finding where we were going.

There was a bit of a wait at the border crossing back into Canada (about 25 minutes or so). Of course I ALWAYS pick the line that moves the slowest

We got there in 3 hours and 15 minutes (with 3 stops along the way - kids )

Took us 5 hours to get home.

Kim, we stopped at a shopping mall and Liz finally found those shoes she was looking for so, she was happy about that.

Maybe I should wait and let Kim tell you all about it

I don't know if Kim will post before her usual time or not. I asked her to try and check in when she got home, so I would know they arrived safely. But I don't know if she will get the chance to or not.
