fyi to the last of that post: DB is still NOT divorced, and still fighting for custody. Gosh, that just brought TIME into perspective in that situation, for me anyway. I feel most sorry for my nephew, who's going thru this a 2nd time, and this time taking FORever!

Im going shopping for our WDW trip...with my DDIL and the twins....I am really looking forward to it....I dont get to do too much with them...so this will be fun!

I've started putting together my kids' trip in July. I'll be there with all of you in spirit...If I could get three weeks off in a row I would be soooo there The boss is already giving me the first two weeks of August off and the kids will be in WDW tha last week of July. It's gonna be Hot!

First DD (16), DS (19) and DSsGF (18) are driving to Florida with my Mom, staying at SOG 7-23 til 7-30. I'm getting them 4 day park passes for WDW and one bonus for either the water park or DQ. My Mom does competitive dance skating and expects to be in a national competition-hence the trip. If she competes, she'll be practicing every day. If she's not competing, she'll do WDW with the kids. My three are looking forward to being on their own in the world

...then, on 7-30 the kids are flying from MCO to Norfolk VA, DH and I are driving to NC that day and will swing by Norfolk airport for the kids on the way down.

We reserved a house with two other couples, we go to NC because the price is right and it's alot less crowded than NJ beaches. We also take our dogs and can play frisbee and football and surf and swim. You get yelled at at our beaches for all that stuff In NJ drinking a beer on the beach is illegal, you have to pay to get on the beach, it's rediculously crowded...I could go on, but you get the idea

I walked to work today, the sun is shining and getting warm-supposed to be 62 today. Up until today, we only had shutes of flowers coming up in the garden...today we have flowers! Yay!

Kim, have a safe and great trip. Sorry I missed you, I was so tired and in pain lastnight I just went straight to bed. I did read about your fall. OUCH! That sounds so painful!!! Just as painful as my fall!!

Let me tell you how it happened. Dsil says the fumes got to me but I doubt that because i had the windows open and the door so there was great circulation.

Anyways, I'm on my last wall. I guess I'm getting excited at this point because I'm rushing to finish. Everything has gone great up to this point. Anyways I'm standing on a flimsy chair first of all. One of those fold out chairs...and as I step down to change positions my foot lands in the paint tray. Okay, I put my foot in the paint tray!!! (I'm barefoot) My foot then slides and I practically do the splits. Some how I twisted my body as I was turning, I guess I was trying to look for something to grab (nothing was around to grab) and as I was falling I landed on the paint can.

Like I said earlier, my butt is way bigger then the paint can. So half of my cheek was in the paint can the other half hanging off. I was in so much pain (like kim) I just sat there for awhile. DS comes running into the room and says he heard a loud crash!! He wanted to know if I fell... (I'm still sitting in the paint can in excruciating pain) my legs in the air and one covered in paint by the way.

You should see the paint can. I nearly crushed the top of it.

And I'm in worse pain today then I was yesterday. Theres a big bump on my inner theigh. It's probably a big ugly bruise. I can barely sit.



Well it's sunny here today as well. I need to go get a lawn chair so I can sit out back! I mean lay, I won't be sitting unless I have to...

I love the beach, hate the sand
You'll usually find me in the pool, hottub or a lounge chair. I read, I love to listen to all the sounds of the shore...the waves, the birds, the kids and dogs...it's sooooo relaxing!

I work 49 weeks of every year-vacations are how I keep my sanity. We don't have an extravagant house, we drive older cars, no fancy clothes either

I like most fish. DH cooks it many different ways for me...he makes it cajun, scampi style-butter & garlic, lemon peppered, and beer battered ... mmmm, I'm making myself hungry.

I can handle my contact allergies, but I could never deal with food allergies...no shellfish or eggs or even peanuts !

DH fishes alot! So when I get tired of relaxing I take the kids to the shops or sightseeing on the dunes, I go to different places and take sunset photos, there's even an aquarium and a historical area we visit each year.

This would be my ideal life if we ever did hit that lottery
