Student teacher gift

Not sure if this is the right forum for this…

I am looking for gift ideas for my student teacher whose last day is in a few weeks. She is 23, I teach 2nd grade, and she has been with me since September.
I will be in WDW in 2 weeks and would love to get her something there. The students will be writing her letters for a scrapbook, but I would love to get her something else. Maybe something personalized?

I don't know about the personalized part, but when I was in Aribbas Bros Crystal Arts on Main Street last month, they had a glass apple that you can fill with MANY different colored glass beads. You could do all red, or if your school has 'colors'...Really pretty. They MIGHT have had a red solid glass apple...but that isn't as clear a memory for me. I hope you find the perfect gift.

Disney sells a My Adventure book like the one from "Up", I think it is blank inside. You could have the students sign the first page and put a picture of them in it for her. Then she could continue it through her career.

Does she have a favorite character? Perhaps something based on that.
