We had just had a rousing rendition of Happy Birthday sang to us, so we were smiley and happy. I hardly ever take a picture with me smiling like that, so you guys are witness to a rarity.

Yes the writing was in chocolate sauce.

I have a good picture of the dessert but like I said can't access it right now!! Will post a close up view tomorrow. It looked really yummy.

I saw your picture on the other thread Kim and you would have been a welcome addition to our picture!

Yeah, they wrote it in chocolate! Whoever did it has a real steady hand, too. I didn't know if it was sugar free, so I didn't indulge in the writing. However, I asked hubby to try it, so he ran his fork through the whole thing - messed it up - and proclaimed it good!

I wish we COULD claim napping as exercise - but they REALLY ARE naps! We did look happy, didn't we? Well, we were!

Cruisin, I smile a lot, or I look like I sucked on a lemon - it's feast or famine with me!

Hey Ann, Rick said that he could really see the benefit to your naps that you take on a regular basis.

He says that you look nice and rested and don't have dark circles under your eyes like the rest of us, sleep deprived people

When my grandmother was alive, she had a police scanner and if she heard the ambulance was going out somewhere, she would call and make sure that everyone was safe at home

That's funny Cruisin! Tom used to call his mother "hose nose". Don't ask me where he got that saying - it still cracks me up. Mum would nap, but only on the couch, so if something was happening, she could look out the window. She was the typical "old lady next door peeking out the window"!

I was like that. Oh the stories my family tells about trying to get me to nap. I didn't want to miss a THING, EVER!!!! As I got older, you couldn't yank me outta bed! Even now, I'm a late-nighter, hate mornings, but LOVE to sleep, when I finally do!
