Who do I contact and how?

Who would I contact to make a suggestion on a suggestion for an addition/improvement on a resort?

I would like to send a suggestion that SSR add a kids club to the resort. I believe it's a missed opportunity right now, or that they could utilize the center that is being used for tours more so than they are now.

With DTD across the way it seems like an obvious addition to the resort so the parents can enjoy some adult time at PI and other areas of DTD without having to travel to the Poly, BCV or wherever only to travel back across from where they are staying. The BCV has one and I am sure its a great addition with all the activities on the BW area.

It just seems like it would be a great perk to have, so what is the best way to contact someone about this to make a suggestion?

I would just go to the DVC member website. There is a place to email questions. I emailed them a suggestion and they emailed me back in a few days.
