Planning on booking the Dream for 2016 this week. Price wise we are looking at the 11A,11C or the 9A. Which one would you choose and why? This will be our first cruise and I'm sooo excited!

The 9 a the higher the better. You can see out!
  • Category 9A: Decks 5, 6, 7, 8 – One Porthole Window

What is important to you.
The only difference between an 11A And 11C is the deck you are on. I personally don't see a difference. The 9A you trade a magic porthole, a very cute fake porthole that show the outside view along with occasional characters, for an actual porthole. Also the 9A will have two bathrooms, one with a toilet and the other with a shower.

Everything outside your stateroom will be identical, food, entertainment, etc.

I have done both and enjoyed both.

I would pick the 9A. I like to be able to see out. Plus the split bathroom allows multiple people to be in the process of getting ready.

9A - I gotta have a window (a real one).

11A, we've done both 11A and 11C and really enjoyed being on the higher decks that the 11A offers. We don't like waiting for elevators and being on decks 7 - 9 we can take the stairs every where we want to go. We love the magical portholes and are able to take cruises more often by spending less money for our rooms.
