Auberge de Cendrillon additional charge & photo pass

Hello im new to DLP and planning our first trip. I am getting ready to book a stay at the Disneyland hotel for 2 nights and I went through the reservation process and added half board and saw that after it has an option to add Auberge de Cendrillon for an additional charge. Im confused by this as i see its a restaurant included with half board. Can you please explain why there is a charge if its included?

Also is photo pass worth purchasing? I know at Disneyworld in Florida it is but not sure if there is value in it here.

Hi - it is only included for lunch or dinner, so maybe the option to add is for a breakfast meal there? Just a guess…..as breakfast there is not part of the half boards plan,
